Salesperson suggested this printer. It was difficult to install but due to the great Epson support, I was able to get it connected. (Difficulty may have been due to my older computer) I was disappointed that this printer did not come with more features like automatic double sided printing, but it works great. I have not had it long enough to judge the ink usage since this is supposed to be a better choice than cartridges.

Bought this as our other Epson printers(3)were beginning to print badly. Been using LD ink in them, ,as Epson cartridges are just too expensive. Decided to try the new Ink tank one and could not be happier. Costs more upfront but no more buying 200 bucks worth of cartridges at a time.. Will probably buy another in the near future if this one continues to perform this well.

This turned out to be a simple printer to setup and use. The real test was when my wife had to purchase this, set it up, and use it all in the same morning (for her online business)...all without any help. Although this is not the best color printer for the price, you can't beat the long-term savings that you will get with the ink refills (which is especially important for those that do a lot of printing).

I bought this printer to replace our second HP Photosmart. I wanted a printer that would last more than 2 years AND conserve ink. I read alot of online reviews of this printer prior to purchasing, however, I must have overlooked some of the annoying features. This printer does not have a paper tray. You must top load the paper prior to printing (not a problem if your printer sits on a desk; mine is in a cabinet). Set up was not as easy as described and took longer than anticipated. I think the print quality could be better (color seems muted but maybe it's the paper I'm using?). There is a 10-15 second delay between the time you "print" and the print job actually commences (this was noted in a few reviews). I've not yet scanned or printed photos so I can't comment on those 2 areas. I wish this had a fax feature. Overall, the printer is ok for my home use and the ink savings will be worth the "negatives". 4 stars because of the Ecotank feature.

Provides good print quality and disposables are less expensive than ink cartridges; however, it does not do automatic two-sided printing. The other limitation is the number of pages the input tray holds. It was purchased because I was tired of paying as much for the replacement cartridges as I did for the initial purchases. Nevertheless, it provides high quality prints and also single page scans.

Glad I bought this. It prints from my wife's iPhone and my MacPro. The black and white's are crisp, the colors are well defined. It will hopefully last me for 10 years. It doesn't multi- I do have to manually duplex. It doesn't fax for my cell phone, etc. I knew what it wouldn't do when I bought it. And I love the tanks set up so far. So far it has done all that I bought it for, and my wife can even print with it. What more could I ask for?

Si far so good. Easy set up. Great picture quality prints. Hopefully the last printer I have to buy

The quality of print, price point and easy set up are on top on not buying ink every month or two

This is my first wireless printer and I read many reviews to determine which one would best suit my needs. The ink refills are super easy and the ink is suppose to last about a year. I have had my printer for two months now and it is easy to set up and start printing. The print is very clear and prints rather fast. I will do another review when I need to refill the ink cartridges, which may be a year as I only print one to two sheets a day.

Great printer for the money. Nice not to have to buy printer cartridges again which get used up to soon.

I Love this printer it already has printed more pages than my Last printer printed in the 4 years i had it . Great print quality and no ink cartridges to replace . Cost is a little more than some others but the savings in ink cartridges is well worth it !!!! I highly recomend this product !!!!

This is a great printer and performs as expected. The only negative part is the paper tray. it only holds about 50 sheets or so. The reason I bought this model is the cost of the ink is more to my budget, so can afford to print the projects needed. But the paper tray needs to be babysat when printing anything with any length at all. Otherwise, I would give this an easy 5 stars.

have to reset it a lot, not sure why. always have to reinput wifi codes-even after printed a few minutes before.

The reason I gave this printer 4 stars is because it can be a pain to install and work with it. Its been like 4 month now and still haven't used not even 25% of the ink. Really good quality all around. I will definitely recommend this printer to all.

I was extremely hopeful that this printer would solve my budget-breaking experience with ink cartridges. The printer took a significant amount of time to connect to my computer (wireless) and took over 5 hours working with several Geek Squad technicians to get it to work. Hopefully, the third time is the charm. I would have given it 5 stars just for the ink situation and the great quality, but the poorly written and often confusing installation documents that came with the printer left a lot to be desired. Perhaps I should have written this after a few months when the bitterness of poor installation issues would have been far behind me. As I said, the quality is excellent and I can print a lot of material with one tank which is why I bought it. I would recommend this to a friend and my children, but with the above warning.

Alright print quality. Ink is cheap. Printer itself is really expensive

Had the printer for a month. Very nice and compact. PLEASE follow instructions when loading ink and wear gloves of some kind. I was extremely careful and still got black ink all over one of my hands. Jury is out on how long the ink will last in this new cartridge free printer, but I love the concept. The only feature that I miss is the ability to print on both sides of the paper automatically.

I have owned many printers over the years and some manage ink usage better then others. I bought this one because my printer was out of ink again and I had heard of the new ink tank. Instead of buying new ink at $60 I bought the epson Ink tank printer. We had a big project we were working on and I printed over 100 pictures with out putting a dent in the ink usage. Best printer purchase ever.
