    I have purchased my last product from Best Buy! I have been trying for SEVERAL hours to get this printer to print. I contacted Best Buy and all they could offer was for me to pay them more money to get this product to work. I checked on their return policy, the printer was around $114.00 and now they want a $45.00 restocking fee. I will toss it in the garbage. They claim that it is compatible with Windows 11. It is NOT. You have to install all kinds of apps (if you can find them). I started using a Commodore 64 computer MANY years ago, and this is the worst experience that I have ever had with anything related to a computer. I will purchase another brand of printer from another merchant. I refuse to allow this useless product to cause me to have a stroke!!!!!!
