    Ink dries and runs out fast!

    I bought this to print two pages just before moving because we had packed away and moved all of our office equipment to the new location. It worked fine. A couple of weeks later I set it back up and tried to print a test page. It printed the black color in stripes so I had to do a cleaning. Now there is no ink left! After only the first 2 pages, a couple test pages and a cleaning! All of my other printers (inkjet, laser, edible ink) work just fine after that time. What a waste of money!

    Worked for only 3 months

    I purchased this during early pandemic for printing out school work for my kids.. it worked perfectly for about 3 months then stopped. I had purchased compatible ink from amazon & it continued to work for a couple of weeks then stopped. The printer kept saying no ink detected even though it was full. Tried a new cartridge, same thing. Spoke with Epson, sent them photos, etc. they advised it was because the ink wasn’t “Epson” brand and that if I bought that it would work. I purchased new ink from Epson and it finally registered with the machine. Turned off the machine because I didn’t need it. Now schools starting again and in attempt to print, the black ink isn’t working.. after cleaning several times as suggested by Epson the colored ink is depleted and it will no longer “clean” because that takes ink. So now, if I spend more money on Epson ink then maybe it’ll work if I clean it again. OMG WORST JUNK EVER.

    At first the printer was working great. After having the printer for not even a year the printer started to have issues. I couldn't scan to my computers. I tried to print and doesn't recognize the printer. I replace the ink cartridges and the printer is saying it is out. I wouldn't recommend people to buy this product
