    It’s okay. It does what it is supposed to do but I spent a lot of money on ink. Now it just collects dust in my closet. I should have spent more money on a better printer

    Difficult to use

    This is not a plug and play printer/scanner. I have spent more time setting up the printer, configuring it to print from my tablet, trying to get it to scan multiple pages than I have just printing stuff. I was looking for a simple printer that would be easy to use. It is not a touchscreen which would have been okay had it not be so difficult to figure out the buttons to push from the screen.

    Bought the printer online back in March of 2021. Due to COVID and being an essential worker, I'm Just really getting a chance to unbox and set it up. Only to find out that this printer is faulty!!! Set it up and loaded the ink cartridges and it says that its not enough ink. I took those out and opened the extra ink cartridges that i purchased for it and those say the same thing!!

    Wouldn’t print after several emails and phone conversation, support said they would replace, for several weeks without printer, no compensation for hassle. Ink that comes with this printer is very limited which is par for the course in cheaper printers. Spent more on replacement ink then on printer. Support said I had to take to FedEX drop station to return, after objecting due to Coved-19, they agreed to a pick up after a lengthy phone call.

    Bought it in April, it lasted until July. Paper wont feed into the printer anymore constantly says the printer is out of paper even though there is paper there and it wont print anything.

    Great scanner, great networking, crap printing. Have to run all of the maintaince options just to get 1 page with out lines. average is 5 bad pages to 1 good print.

    The printer doesn't work. Fortunately we bought a warranty but of course - I don't think the store is even open right now. I desperately need a printer and am furious that this is the 2nd one I've bought from you which doesn't work at all. The first was a small toner-only version which won't pull the sheets of paper through. Since the beginning! And now, this one, simply will not function at all. My son is a computer geek so he knows how to install these things - so it isn't that we are doing something wrong here. Very very frustrating.

    print quality is standard but the cost at which the ink runs out is ridiculous even though I don't print as much. invest in a laser printer instead.

    Horrible tech support

    Bought 3 weeks ago, and today screen was stuck in some weird mode and Chinese language. Called tech support, and she kept putting me on hold and asking same questions over and over again. Had no clue what to do and kept having me try the same thing. Very frustrating experience, did not resolve anything and is being returned today. Epson needs to screen there tech support better.

    Disposable once cartrige runs out

    The ink cartridges don't last, then you have to constatly clean them which wastes ink. As soon as it's ready to print again your color cartridges have run out and it won't allow you to print in black and white. At less than $50 what did I expect? To print at least ten pages, then I bought two black cartridges which cost me $40 and now the CMY are all empty from having to clean the print head. Not even a good paperweight.

    Bought it for the wife before Christmas, she never took out of the box, today 3/24/22 I took out myself and it takes many steps to get it going, happy it’s Wi-Fi but tried some 4x6 prints and very muted color, cleaned the head 3 times and the same, plus it eats up all the ink doing that, would return it but it’s too late, now have to get more ink for my money pit, maybe I should have got another brand as my HP lazer was no problem.

    WORST. PRINTER. EVER.

    Worst printer I have ever seen. Barely prints just black text, spotty with white lines through it. When I try to print images it's even worse - everything has a red tint to it. I've tried everything for troubleshooting including replacing the cartridges and cleaning print heads. On my Mac I do not get the. option to edit the color management to try to adjust it. Total waste of money, I now have to buy a new printer and recycle this one because the print quality is absolutely unacceptable.

    Printer was defective on set up. I started the process and halfway through it just showed an error message that said it was unable to set up. My husband looked into it and apparently it is a common problem with this printer. A huge waste of time, I had to return it and buy something new. I don’t recommend.

    I ran out of ink in less than 2 weeks and it's not like I'm printing everyday. This was a cheap printer, but I can see that it's going to cost me in ink in the long run

    Horrible printer. Its used as a home printer, so I dont use it a lot. Months can pass without being used. It was working fine for the first months, until it was updated, which forced you to buy the original Epson ink @ 60+, then it drained all that ink in max., 2 days, with less thant 10 pages printed, most b&w, and like 2 or 3 in color. Not recommended. I want a refund or a replacement.

    I have had this hunk of junk for months and struggle EVERY SINGLE TIME trying to print the most simple of things. Not one device I own has any issues connecting to WiFi except this one. Never connects. I tried to hardwire it to my computer and needed to download some program to allow it to print. It is constantly doing updates to itself. It is the worst experience I ever had with a printer.

    Do not waste your money. This printer only prints half pages when doing two-sided printing and it never connected to my wifi because it could not find my network. I called the customer service line for assistance and the representative was unable to assist and appeared unknowledgeable. I troubleshooted with online resources to no avail. This is a regrettable purchase.

    Absolutely horrible. Went to use it after using it maybe twice and the pages are all screwed up. Tried fixing it by doing maintenance. Helped a little bit, but still wouldn't print right. Because of this crap, we had to cancel a very important meeting. I give 0 stars. We had a Brother printer and it was awesome.

    WORST PRINTER ON THE MARKET

    HUNK OF JUNK!!!! I have owned this paperweight since October. It has NEVER printed properly. It cuts all the words in half if it bothers to print them at all. It consistently disconnects from my laptop and has to be completely reinstalled. This is the worst printer I've ever owned. My advice - DON'T BUY THIS PIECE OF GARBAGE

    I guess you get what you pay for. For a seldom used printer it may serve the purpose, but if you are busy using your printer even for hobbies.....I wouldn't recommend it.
