Worst Printer I've ever owned

Can't print B/W with just black cartridge, it will force you to replace all the colored cartridges. As soon as you install a brand new, Epson cartridge, it shows that cartridge as half full. User interface is super clunky and forces you to do a bunch of menu finding and button pressing to even change ink. It's like they

Not automatic double-sided printing as advertised

After trying to figure it out for months I called the EPSON troubleshooting department. This printer is NOT double-sided printing. It is falsely advertised on the Best Buy website as such and now it is no longer returnable.

Empty ink cartridges

My first prints were muddy brown instead of black. I called and emailed Epson, hoping they could send me replacement ink. EPSON CUSTOMER SERVICE NEVER GOT BACK TO ME. I never return things, but I plan on returning this printer, because I paid for ink (that comes with a printer), and got cheated.

Very Poor

Epson was always the brand I could rely on for top quality printing. This printer unfortunately produces the worst quality output. The ink is washed out, nothing is sharp. The black printed pages look grey. The colors are washed out as well. I ran a lot of copies thinking it was a new printer and it would sharpen in tone, but there was no change except to note that the cartridges empty out very quickly.

Dud printer!

It kept losing connection with my WIFI and I'd have to call customer service to get connected! Did this about 6-7 times and then it just quit altogether! I had been trying to get a decent printer since mine died on me an nobody has them in stock! So I come across this one an thought I'd just get a cheap one until I found what I wanted but that was a HUGE mistake! Took it back to store!

Not very user friendly

NOT user friendly

From the start, this printer had trouble connecting to the network, and then had to be reconnected each time I turned it on. To activate the scanner, it said to download Event Manager software and when I did, it still wouldn't scan. If I could, I would return this immediately. Their Customer Service is also very slow in understanding the problem. Their only solution is to restart wifi.

Unreliable printer

This printer is that item. I changed my network and it stopped working. I configured the new network correctly yet it just prints empty pages. It's useless. Such a bad product I would rate it minus 5 stars if I could. The ink cartridge lasts 30 pages outside of this issue.

Won’t do anything

Horrible printing
