It could have gotten stolen. All you had to do was ring the doorbell or knock! You didn’t have to stay or talk just give some type of notice that it’s sitting at my front door!! That way it doesn’t get stolen. It’s no way I will use you to deliver my TV!!!!

Also, it doesn’t not print very clearly, it’s kind of blurry, even after the alignment and I’m not fond of the ink colors. Also I thought the the size of the printer would be nice but the paper sticks straight up causing it to take up much more space than expected.

You get what you pay for

The pages it actually managed to print were streaked down their entire length and sported large black ink stains on the top left corner of each page. Extremely poor design.

Horrible

I am unable to get past that screen to undo the update and it won't print now because of it. Very disappointed. Will never buy an Epson again.

Very disappointing

It looks like Epson decided that there was a lot of money to be made in selling replacement ink cartridges. The cartridges for this machine are less than half the size used in predecessor machine and run out very quickly. I made a bad decision buying this machine and will likely replace it.

Epson 4100 104.00 cheap

The front panel is terrible, small lettering, hard to find out which button to press. Unlike my other Epson printer this one ONLY prints from the computer. There isn't any print button on the printer itself. SOOO SORRY I ever bought it, returning it as soon as I can.

Need Ink Often... XL only for more Pages.

I needed a hardwire printer connection

Missoula store not real helpful. I needed a hard wire A/B printer port connection to solve my WIFI connectivity issues in the wilderness of Montana at the multiple hotels that I visit. This printer does not have these ports. Lots of wasted time on the unhelpful line to generate no productivity.

didn't last long
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.After some time but with much less use than most people would need, a paper jam that couldn't be easily fixed led to me returning it after a tech guy got the paper out but not without damage to the machine so that it no longer took paper in without a jam. On the upside it didn't use much ink compared to others I've had; I never bought ink, though the black was getting very low.

More trouble than it's worth

It makes an extremely high pitched sound when it "thinks", it constantly disconnects, it doesn't come with a usb to connect to your device... it's been printing the same page for 30 minutes. I've only had it for maybe a week. It also doesn't print well. The quality is exceptionally poor. I'm going to see if I can return it.
