    talked to at least 6 people with a case number. Very difficult to do set up still did not work. They wanted me to turnoff firewall install driver etc. After several days(hours at a time)I am taking this back to the store. It is a nightmare.

    I have been trying to connect this printer to my computer for several weeks with no success. I haven't been able to use it. Being on a fixed income I can't afford Geek Squad to come to help me. With my purchase of over 1100.00 Best Buy should help without charging

    If you do a lot of printing due not waste your time. You will spend 100 times the amount of the up front cost of a laser printer. I get 5000 pages sometimes more depending on ink and dpi settings I choose. With this printer I was lucky to get 300 before I needed new ink at 50.00 a pop

    I got tired of HP units breaking once a year, so I tried Epson. Still broke. I need a printer for VA stuff, yet these home printers that these companies push on you so they can sell the over priced ink is just a joke. I will never be supporting this company again.

    We switched from HP to Epson because my husband needed a bigger screen to see what he was doing. I regret this! From setup which was extremely difficult to daily functioning which is sooooo sloooowww, I have been completely unsatisfied with this printer. I would definitely stick with HP.

    I could not get the printer to work.

    I called the company tech and after we went through each step of unloading and setting up the printer, it was determined that the scanner was not working properly. The company is sending me a replacement and I will return the defective printer in the same box, shipping free.

    I do not like it. I don’t like the idea that I have to buy all three I is at one time to get this to run and print. Why can’t it just take black ink . It costs too much to change the whole cartridge. I want to return it and get something else

    Waste printer consumes lot of ink

    Don’t buy. It consumes ink like drunkard. It claims to print 500 pages for ink set which you pay 40$. But hardly prints 20 pages and it ran out.

    I’ve only used this product a hand full of times and already having issues . Photo paper will not feed in easily and causes constant paper-jam . Contacted customer service after not being able to resolve issue and getting runaround about using the product warranty.

    This printer is nothing but a pain in the bottom, I purchase with the best intention of used at home, never work right, it work for for 3 days, them I get a message in the screen, you need to replace the ink cartridge, this nothing but a real pain, don’t buy it .

    Terrible with ink. I have printed a few documents and have already replaced the black ink cartridge. I did not count the numbers of pages, but doubt I printed more than 20 - 25 types pages. Would not purchase again.

    Had this thing about 18 months. Worst printer I've ever owned. The final straw is needing to uninstall/reinstall the drivers before printing each time. Now it won't turn on. The scanner did work pretty well so there's that.
