I purchased this printer for my home office. It was easy to set up and get online. The copy, scan, and printing options are pretty good. The only two cons to this printer are: 1. There’s no sleeper mode. It’s either on all the time or you can set it to turn off after a certain length of inactive time. Also when it turns off you have to select power to turn it back on. It doesn’t wake up on its own when you print from your computer. 2. You will need to purchase ink when buying this printer. The temporary ink that comes with it won’t work. The system can recognize what ink is inserted and will tell you to replace them before you can print. Even the test page that most printers allow you to print with the standard filler ink this system won’t do.

Bummed that the ink is so expensive but I love the printer. Easy to set up, reliable, and prints great looking docs and images.

Its a little slow, but on the whole its reliable and always prints on demand, even when its been idle for a while. It uses more ink than my old artisan, but I don't print every day so its fine for me. The quality of the prints is excellent, I haven't had any problems with streaks or other issues. Ive used the printer for several months now. Connects to wi-fi really easy.

Ease of setup was pretty good. Print quality is great. Noise while printing good be quieter.

I’m very pleased on how easy the printer is to use. The wireless feature works really well. The Epson connect feature is awesome, It prints the attachments in the email without even having to open the documents. The quality of the prints are high quality.

After many years, my previous Epson printer died. I no longer needed to print large quantities so I was more concerned with compact size, price and functions (print & scan). Wireless printing from my laptop and smartphone work great as well. This met all expectations, but may drive you nuts if speed of printing is important.

It’s affordable, easy to use and easy to install. I bought because I always go to Office Depot to print some papers but now it’s just a click away from my phone and I don’t need to leave home anymore. I love the photocopy feature and being smartphone capable!

I love this printer it has done its work. It’s a workhorse for us, and the quality of the printing is excellent even on color pictures, or black and white with gray scale, I will definitely recommend.

Just love this Epson - Expression Home XP-4100 Wireless all-in-one printer. It was very easy to set up, simple to use, and provides excellent copies and prints. The printer was very reasonably priced, as well.

Nice printer for a reasonable price. Prints, scans, copies with very clear print. Easy to operate. One thing I was disappointed with is there was no users manual in the box. You must download from internet if you want a hard copy. Paper jams can be challenging, so be careful when loading paper.

Works fine, easy to set up. For simple printing it's totally adequate. Found the ink cartridges supplied were 'starters', so disappointed in tgat as on Office Depot web site the info stated full cartridges! But fine tor the cost.

I do like that it is a smaller machine & it was easy to set up. The part that is very disappointing to me, is the display panel....the buttons to the left and right of the display window don't light up so I can see which buttons to press...I have to use a small flash light to see what buttons to press. The only button that is lit up is for the on off button.

My first Epson and I was sold on it by the Best Buy associates that recommended it and for $70 a seemingly great value. I took it home and after the first 4 hours of trying to set it up I still was not able to scan to computer using WiFi. Finally in desperation, I dug up my old USB printer cable (one is not included in the package) and did another attempt at getting it going. Low and behold I came across a firmware update which after being installed with three other software updates - the thing fired up working great on all features through both the computer and the control panel using WiFi. I have no idea what you would do if you do not have a USB printer cable handy to update the system. Seems like a nice unit and does exactly as advertised if you can do the magic required to get it hooked up, update it during the installation with a cable that is not included and are lucky enough to find the updates necessary.

Nice easy and accessible printer. The setup is a little trouble some for non-expert. One has down load too many drivers. I don't know anyone still uses fax other than doctors stull fax records, which can easily be misplaced by staff members during a busy time. Otherwise it, compact and good for home use.

I was a bit intimidated with the thought of setting up the printer and making certain that I could print wirelessly from both my computer and smartphone. I had never faced that challenge. I had no problems and have been pleased with the quality and ease of printing as well as the printer's compact design. A nice basic printer that was delivered in a timely manner.

It prints really well. Not super fast at printing per page so if you’re looking for a fast printer this is not the one, but overall prints clear photos.

This printer was very easy to setup with our computer and phone.

~This review is for the Epson Expression Home XP-4100 Wireless AIO (all in one) printer, recently bought at a nice discount at Best Buy on Pico blvd, WestLA....this thing does everything but make me coffee in the morning~hah! It copies, scans docs/pics/books/artwork, and prints like a printer should~ quickly, easily, and wiht high quality..Now there is a caveat to be mindful of...If you are going to print alot of copies, best to purchase the High Yield toner cartridges, they are the 212XL pkgs...You can print from nearly any device, incl. Android phones, iPhones, from anywhere in the house with the wireless wifi feature...For under $65 total, (incl. a ream of paper*), you are out the door, and destined for Printers' Heaven..Brian is Bee2the3rd in Santa Monica ~^~

Great price and functionality for this printer. I wanted a small printer as I have a large office all in one, and this printer fits the bill. Easy to install and working just great!
