This printer will amaze anyone with its very low price, speed and photo quality prints. It has short ink like other ink-jets but replacement set of inks are very reasonable. The wireless feature made it possible to install it anywhere in the building. Highly recommend this printer.

Excellent print quality for a great price. Wireless works perfectly for my PC,apple, phones and I pads. Simple setup. Nice feature that you can print in black and white rite from your phone so you can save color ink.

This printer is easy to set up and use. It is wireless, so you do not have to connect wires which is a plus. My husband is a truck driver and needs to print from the internet often. This printer will connect to his computer, tablet or smart phone via wifi settings with ease. Small and compact at a great price.

I've had no issues with this little guy. Hooked up to my wireless network in just a few minutes. Easy software update/install. Print quality isn't super good but for my purposes its more than enough. Ink is relatively inexpensive however they are not very large cartriges

Purchased as a extra backup printer. Epson gave great support with help setting it up when we ran into a few snags and were very patient. It works and prints well but is a tad slow. However, the positive points include inexpensive, wireless, somewhat portable.

I needed an inexpensive printer that does the basics and I picked the right one. I also like that it can print pictures. The set up was easy and if you are looking for something simple, that just prints and is wireless this printer is a good option.

Very good budget printer. Small yet performs all the basic functions needed in our household. I love the wireless printing and especially the very affordable ink cartridges.

So far I have been very pleased with my Epson XP420. Small footprint, it set up quickly, has given me very good quality for the cost. It seems the ink goes a long way compared to my recently crashed Kodak. It is a third the cost and it seems like I can print more without running out of ink. The individual ink cartridges are a blessing. I don't do a lot of printing but recently I have been printing at a coverage of +/- 35% and the ink levels have not changed as much as I thought they would. I feel I've had good luck with my past Epson purchases, I feel good I came back to their products. Even if a print head should fail in the next couple years I'm not out much money as my last printer (Kodak).

I bought this printer after researching the ink replacement costs. Was going to opt for a little better one but the ink was about twice the cost. I wasn't disappointed. Love the quality & speed plus the great features this printer has PLUS love the smaller footprint which gives me more desktop surface.

This is a really nice printer from Epson, small compared to similar printers available in the market and it's easy to set up (laptop, iPad and iPhone). Good quality of prints. The price it's a good value.

Purchased for $50 on special and am very satisfied with it; Printer has wireless built in, easy to install, about 10 mins, and prints quick. Printer has several additional built in features, prints relatively quick as well. For the price it is perfect for home printing and everyday use.

Awesome printer, not as small as I thought. Wanted it for printing tickets and such for sporting events and concerts and it's perfect ! Easy set up, prints from my iPhone and laptop wirelesly. Price is excellent as well. Glad I bought it !!!

Small and easy to use. I can print from my phone and computer wirelessly. I'm impressed with the print quality. Can print kinda slow but its worth it. Document and pictures look great!

It's smaller than my old printer, which is great because I wanted something a bit more compact. The touchscreen works great. It's very easy to use and setup. To scan something wirelessly, I have to open the Epson Scanner program on my computer and hit the "scan" button from the computer. If I try to scan from the printer itself I need a USB cable or a memory card (which I had used before and it works fine). I just happened to need to try and scan something and I didn't have my memory card at the time, so I just tried using the program on the computer and it worked! I love how fast it prints and the prints are very sharp and clean looking. I have no printed any pictures from it yet so I can't say whether or not those are nice. However, I've had an Epson before and it was the best I've ever had.

My previous printer was old and this was purchased as a gift. So far I find it is easy to use and great print quality. I am very happy that it is wireless and can print from both laptop and desktop. Excellent choice for a present!

This printer was the right price and is the right size for our home use. Easy to setup and use. The color quality is good. Being wireless, my daughter can be in any room doing her school work or projects and print when finished.

I replaced a Epson XP-400 with this XP-420 because the 400 no longer printed good pages. It was cheaper to replace the 400 with the 420 then fix the 400. The 420 is faster than the 400 and it was VERY easy to connect and set up to my computer. I did have the USB cord that came with the 400 and used it with the 420 (the 420 does not come with the cord) to connect to the computer (that is the recommended way). That way is faster and easier than without the cord. The printer works great. I am using the Epson app on my phone and can print files off my phone and send files over the internet to the printer.

Works well for my light scanning and printing duties. Easy to setup and inexpensive. Good quality printouts. Would recommend to others.

I'm enjoying this printer. It is simple enough and works well for the price. I haven't been able to figure out how to hook it up to cloud print for my chrome book, wish that was easier, but it connected easily enough to my old apple desk top through wifi. I wish it was either easier to connect to my chromebook (maybe my chromebooks fault) or that it came with a USB, since Idk how long my desktop is going to last.
