Very simple to set up and use best printer I’ve had so far

Good printer for a student or home office. Inexpensive and efficient. I gave this printer four out of five stars only for the ink. The first set of ink was gone in less than a week. The new set I purchased from Amazon is still functional. Will review once the ink is done.

Very easy set up, clear print jobs, easy to use, a little noisy but it does what it's supposed to quickly and efficiently with little effort, wireless

I needed a new printer; repairs are usually more costly than a new printer, and went the Best Buy ad and the Epson XP-440 was on sale. Easy to set up and it works quickly and super quiet. It fit the bill and I am happy.

I was looking for a printer that would work with an older OS, on older PC along with a new tablet w/OS, reasonable cost in mind (labels, docs, letters). Being older OS, had a hard time, maybe my search was all wrong. Whatever, I happened upon this and very happy I did. Haven't had to refill yet (thought it was mentioned per sheet, forget) not much help there. Also haven't printed from older OS yet but it's all set up, looks good to go Although really haven't had to as been printing from the the tablet, which has been flawless and working perfect. As for setting up etc. took my time, no problem and was good to go been working great for printing needs. So for me, put me down as very happy, yes

I’m so glad I purchased this printer! I print pictures from it and the quality is perfect. It was easy to set up, and I can print from anywhere in my home. I definitely recommend this for home or home office use.

Purchased in Myrtle Beach Best Buy upon the recommendation of an associate there. This printer was not expensive and I really didn't expect a lot. This was just a second printer to have in our vacation spot in MB. Printer far exceeded any expectations I had. Prints fast and print quality is great. Scan and copy work well also.

Ive had the older model xp340 or something like that, and was considering the super tanker ones but looking to not spend a whole lot for an occasional pint out. Epsons are really nice but the software still feels like 1995, or worse. At least back then it was much easier to change parameters such as amount of grey printing to conserve ink when printing for rough drafts etc. as well as loading tray for odd and even printing of pages. By now all printer set up should also be available on the computer or mobile device and not 1 character at a time on the lcd screen panel, this is extremely painful especially if entering a wrong one. And connecting to internet and searching for network to several attempts for that reason. The swivel panel is a waste; not necessary; My friend had a fancier version and it broke despite careful handling, good thing he had warranty. Also, in 2018 the device is still not optimize for Mac - really? So why by it? For the cheap price the print quality is great for what it is and ink last a fair amount of printing, I think, for the stingy size of cartridges these companies produce despite being 2 decades in the new millennium (so much for being green) they should double the capacity. The scanner works quite well, for the occasional stuff needed. It was worth the $40 bucks plus the extended as I needed something quick and it impossible to get something more practical and smaller to print only B&W basics like in the 90's a bit more green/practical LOL. I really like canon printers but at this low end your stuck with only two cartridges and Epson has each color independent, However, with my last printer I was having trouble replacing one color because the others were low. That was a new problem I hadn't experienced before and hope its not repeated with this device. Once again, the quality of print is very good. But Epson should lead the industry with larger cartridges in this day and age for the $$ and a simple update to the software. No excuse. Most of the other units out there were either huge or had very impractical designs (stupid by esthetic standards). This is my 3rd Epson printer and I get several ys use then give away if Im not going to use for a while. See it on sale and need to print reports -Go ahead, buy it.

Easy to use Economical Good quality print Love it

If you do not have a lot to print and you have limited space for a printer, then this one is for you. The printer is very compact and occupies very little space. That works well for me because I use this printer every once in a while to print out few pages at the time (tickets and alike). Note that every time you use it, you have to extend the tray. Also note that paper is top loaded (that is why I took off one star) so I do not recommend leaving it in there, rather place it there whenever you need to print. I used the scanner and it works well. The printer is very easy to set up!

The detail on this printer is great. The only 2 downsides to it, in fact, are that the colors don't always print out in the same hue, so you may have to change the color you are using, and the scanner itself is much more difficult to use than it needs to be, but if you are just scanning one or two pages at a time, it's great. I have to scan 20 to 30 pages each set, so the tool becomes a bit cumbersome. The app for your phone/tablet is easy to use and very convenient, I can print anywhere in my house, and the printer comes with it's own email as well, so I can email something to my printer while I'm out and it will be printed when I get back. Over all, it's definitely a great printer for the price, easy setup and easy to use.

Great printer for the price. Perfect for home use where occasional need for printing, making copies and making that perfect picture. Small and quiet and easy to setup with the extra bonus of wireless printing.

I like this printer because it’s easy. I don’t have a pc handy other than my cell phone. I set it up with the phone. As long as you have WiFi, you can print from any room in the house. Prints good too.
