I purchased this printer for my granddaughter, as a "going to college" present . Although I have never used it , she has called to tell me how easy it was to set up and use. But what I loved most were the pictures, she can print pictures from her phone and computer - that are so beautiful . She says it saves her time because she can print from anywhere from all of her devices - all I care about is that she's happy and she keeps calling with reasons why she loves this printer.

Good quality. Haven’t used it to print pictures yet but documents came out with out any color loss or lines though any of the words. And great distance on the WiFi can connect with my phone from upstairs

I decided on the Epson XP-440 because it was compact with a nice screen with everything I needed. So far, I have printed pictures and documents and everything has been perfect. There is only one thing it doesn't have and that is double sided printing. But, thinking about it, I decided it was just an extra expense added on and there is nothing wrong with using one side of the paper. I love it.

Bought this in an emergency because we needed to print some reports. Came with ink. Unfortunately you can not print gray-scale. The option isn't available even with the firmware update. We got about 170+ pages with the ink it came with. Colors bleed a bit too much for my liking. As soon as you finish Printing a page and look at it, the page itself is still 'wet' and wavy from the ink. Yes I know we have to wait for it to dry but I'd pass on this unit. Got it for about $55 bucks. *I did not get the 'ink Delivery' from Best buy service. I think it's like a couple dollars more. **Setup was a breeze **Wireless printing was pretty cool ***windows 10 64bit compatible Oh, and something I learned the hard way: NO MATTER WHAT, THE UNIT USES 'a bit of ink from all color cartridges' regardless of what color you print in. That means, if you want black, the other colors better have some amount of ink. It's kind of dumb but guess that's what you expect from a cheap inkjet.

Hi Epson Customer, Epson printers contain a permanent print head that needs to be charged with all colors to work. Even when you are printing black text only, a small amount of color ink is used to keep the print head charged, preventing air bubbles from entering. Air bubbles can damage the print head. If we can help you with anything else, please contact Epson Support at (562) 276-4382; Hours: Monday – Friday, 6am – 8pm PT; Saturday, 7am – 4pm PT. Sincerely, Patrick – The Epson Team. Epson

This printer comes with wifi so you can use it connecting to your internet as well and bluetooth. I love it because I can print from my phone onto the printer. For the price I got it, it was a good deal.

This is a nice little printer. Very easy to set up. The main reason I bought this one is it has a SD slot. The only thing I don't like is it is loud when it starts to print. Other wise I am very pleased.

Overall you get a great price for a decent printer. No issues with the quality of the prints, but if you’re looking for something to print large amounts of documents quickly you may be disappointed.

The software for this printer worked flawlessly. My wife has always had a problem connecting to our former network printer, which wasn't wireless. This one showed up on her computer automatically.

Purchased as a gift for my fiance who likes to capture memories. Used with Epson Ultra Premium Glossy photo paper, pictures are very high quality. Also, letter printing rivals laserjet printers!

Good value printer. The XP-440 is a solid all-in-one-printer with good printing features. It is very easy to install and to operate. The WI-Fi capabilities work well and and give the printer features found in most expensive printers. The control unit is easy to operate and sufficient to enable the operator to control necessary functions.

Fairly easy to set up, works right from your phone, just have to download 1 program from app store. Works wirelessly. Which is why I bought it becauseI have only my phone. Comes with starter ink but NO paper. Wish there had been a few pieces to run the test pages. But i like it because the color ink carterages are seperate. So if just blue runs out dont have to replace all colors.

Setup of this printer was easy. Copies are good quality. The only complaint I have is the ink that came with the printer did not last very long. Hopefully the replacement cartridges will produce more copies than the starter ink. If you're looking for an affordable, all-in-one printer with good quality printing, Epson is always a good bet!

I recently needed to replace my home computer printer. I print relatively infrequently so was only looking for a basic model. I found this one on sale marked down from $100 to $50. The pros are the wireless capabilities allowing connectivity to not just my computer, but to my phone and tablet as well. Additionally the inclusion of a full scanner/copier makes this a very convenient all in one unit. The cons are that it takes a fairly long time to warm up to be ready to print from initially powering on. However, as I said, my printing needs are few, so this is certainly not a major detriment for this model and wouldn't make me discourage anyone from buying one.
