Customers are saying

Customers are pleased with the Expression Home XP-5200 All-in-One Inkjet Printer, especially its great print quality and ease of use. Many appreciate its overall performance as a printer, copier, and scanner, as well as its suitable size for smaller spaces. The printer's quiet operation and straightforward setup process have also been well-received, though some customers have noted that the screen is not a touchscreen.

I like this printer. Works well and the ink cartridges are easy to change out. I think it goes through ink a little fast but I figured out it’ll print in black when it’s low in ink so that’s helpful.

Easy to set up and I love the cell phone connection and app. Easy to control copies and scanning from my phone. Wireless scanning and receiving the document was great. A little tricky on reloading ink.

Features are similar to my last Epson (XP-410). .This XP-5200 is easier to plug into the PC (the connection is out in the open, not hidden under the back of the printer), but otherwise I liked the XP-410 much better ESPECIALLY for the top-feeder and the much-easier-to-use control panel. The 5200 is harder to see, smaller, headings not as clear, direction arrows not consistent, etcetera. I stll find Epson the best of the printer combos I have seen, but I'm very disappointed that this model is so muchharder for me to use.

This is a great printer. Easy to install, easy to learn and while not exactly fast when printing, it gets the job done. Copies come out looking great. Glad we did our research and bought this printer. Haven't used the scanning feature yet.

Very difficult to remove jammed paper - access to inside rollers not full. Previously had an HP. Other than that, very pleased with quality of print & available options.

Clean crisp colors; no bleeding; separate color cartridges means you only refill that color (instead of a tri-color tank)

Printer was easy to set up( I’m not tech savvy) so this was perfect for me. Connecting to WiFi network is always fast and easy. Printing quality is great. For what I paid it was a no brainer plus it had great reviews.

Prints alright but ink cartridges runs out to fast. I ordered replacements and the ink cartridges are half full, whenever I order the ink from Epson. There is no way to get an replacement either.

    Great printer, bad experience

It's a good printer. After all the issues were worked out, it worked great, but they sent bad ink. Then when I went to support to request new ink since the starter was bad, they only wanted me to pay $40 dollars to allow them to remote in to fix bad ink. The alternative being bringing it in for them to fix. I refused, ordered new ink from Amazon (since they irritated me), and as expected, the printer worked. I get being a support agent, as I've worked as support before. There's a lot of times that customers just think they know what's wrong with the device, but I still hoped for better service than that. Either way, I know I'm being petty with this review, but this is my honest experience. Beyond the ink and support issues, the printer is great! Just the ink and support issues lose some big points. So long as you don't get unlucky with bad ink like me, I would bet that you'll be very satisfied with the printer & overall experience.
