    Not great for longevity

When we got this printer, I loved it so much. It really worked wonders for a while. I'd say, it started to crap out around 9 months-1 year after getting it. We got a replacement from Epson as the warranty was still in effect, but it's been about four months that this printer's been crapping out too. It's slow, with messy ink, and sometimes refuses to cooperate all together. The ink really was what drew me into it, but I'm fairly disappointed in the way this product after two years, one replacement, and both printers has become a complete failure. We've tried cleaning the nozzle and printer itself many times, but no matter what, it reverts to the messy printing, slowness, and sometimes doesn't want to work.

Before I would only print in B&W because of wasting the ink. Now I can print in color and not worry. Only negative and I didn’t even catch this until we brought it home is that there is no top feeder. I needed to scan a few pages and have not done so yet because I will manually have to lay them on the glass.

I got to test this printer out and I love it. The printer was so easy to take out of the box and love all the ink that you get with it. Setup was extremely easy and I had it printing in no time. The longest part of the set up was filling the tanks, which was not messy at all. The Quick Start guide was very easy to follow and I had no issues what so ever, my 10 year old helped me with setting up and she could have done it all. Setting up printing from devices is so easy and does not take any time at all. Again my daughter was printing from her device in no time and has not looked back. The printer is a very nice size, very compact and it even has a scanner / copier built in. It looks like you can do mass scans of photos, which I have not tried yet. The only issue I have with the design is that you have to pull out the printing tray when you want to print which doesn’t make it as compact. Overall, I am very happy with this printer and love that it is very easy to use. This is a review for the Epson Expression Premium ET-7700 EcoTank All-in-One Printer that I received free of charge to do a beta test and review.

Been using for well over 1 year and still have plenty of link left. Plus is ships with an extra supply of ink. It is a little light on features as far as multiple pages for scanning or copying, but I needed a printer not an all in one, so it suits my purposes fine.

I love this printer so far. Only issue is connectivity over WiFi. When it sits dormant for a few days and you go to print you need to restart the printer so it can reconnect, Other than that I’m pretty happy use it for iron ons

I agonized over what to choose to replace my dead printer and, so far, I'm happy with my choice. Installation was straightforward and printing hasn't been a problem, though I haven't printed very much yet. I'm happy with the quality of the output and the ease of use.

Lots of remote features, in particular remote printing [directly on this home printer from anywhere in the world] and wireless scanning [scanning to OneDrive from the printer]. I like ink tanks - hopefully will be cheaper than cartridges !

The printer is very good, the color is also very good, the speed is good there is no more choice of language. The ink tank is convenient and very affordable, and the volume is not very convenient for everyone. It also comes with a set of ink, better than the inkjet printer, simple and easy to use.

Get this printer. The whole house can print to it from any wireless device on the same net. iOS, done. PC laptop, done. You can refill the ink tanks from a bottle, which is nice. Scanning is fast too.

Easy to set up, works flawlessly, great color, and prints on both sides. The large ink tanks makes it easy to print without wondering when cartridges will need to be changed.

I love the printer and with the exception of one really big flaw (hence three stars), it performs all functions well. There is frequently black ink marks on my printed pages. I am always running the clean print heads, purchased and replaced the maintenance box, and am now finally forced to run the power cleaning. This uses LOTS of the ink, and I have only had the printer for a little over a year. I can not recommend it for this frequent and almost immediate problem.

    Business or family printing covered

So got a small business or lot of kids and your printer is showing it's age.  Epson has a printer that prints crisp documents and vibrate photos all while saving you money on that most costly item, ink.  The Epson Expression Premium ET-7700 EcoTank All-in-One Printer, that's a mouth full, has become the family printer for me and my four kids. This thing can go up to a year before you need to change the ink and to make it even better they include another set of refill bottles, so two years of printing!  Ok, so haven't gotten to the first yeat to really know how my printing volume will match up, but I do have that extra set of bottles. No more cartridges and it has a large black capacity! This is probably the best thing I like about this printer, cartridges are just bad, low ink capacity and the resources to create them are not eco friendly.  Out of the box it was quite easy to setup.  The instruction guide and the on board screen walk you through the process.  The longest thing was when it was priming , it tells you it could take up to seven minutes and it will almost. When you load paper you have two trays so you can load up your normal paper in one and photo paper in the other if you're like me and want to print photos without having to get up and switch out the paper.  This thing can print 8.5″ x 14″ paper documents, so make your presentation bigger than everyone else and get noticed.  Speaking of paper trays, my only issue is that it only holds about 80 sheets of paper stock.  While not a massive concern, would be nice to have more capacity or an accessory ream holder.  Photo paper capacity comes in around 20, not bad at all and you can print borderless photos, bonus. Some interesting points: Besides your standard black and three color inks, you get a photo black. Photo black brings out the detail and makes the photos vibrant. It prints on CD/DVDs.  There's a tray to hold your CD/DVD and with the include Epson Print CD software your music and videos will be looking very professional.  Impress grandma with your skills and you can print matching jacket to go with it. There us a maintenance box and you get a replacement one, just like the extra set of ink. The maintenance box stores ink that gets flushed from the system during print head cleaning. USB and memory card slots so you can print from at the printer. Keyed refill bottles so you can't accidently mess up and they have auto-stop so you won't mess up the carpet when refilling. Print speeds are approximately Black: 13 ppm and Color: 8 ppm. Do I like this printer, yes even with paper capacity.  It's a workhorse and I'll be enjoying the savings with refillable ink bottles. Sorry for the going on so long, but hope I helped. This is a review for the Epson Expression Premium ET-7700 EcoTank All-in-One Printer that I received free of charge to do a beta test and review.

    Fantastic Photo All In One!

The Epson Expression Premium ET-7700 is a great option for home and small office users that are looking for a quick all in one that has excellent photo quality and tons of ink. Unboxing the unit and initial setup was quick and easy, the included Start Here guide does a very good job of walking you through the basic setup and filling of inks. Epson has really upgraded the Eco Tank filling process with self-sealing ink bottles and auto stop ink reservoirs making the filling process drip free and simple to do. Considering you get not just one, but two full sets of ink bottles, I won’t need to purchase any new ink for years. I was also able to get the printer connected to Wifi easily using the on-screen menu of the printer (wired Ethernet is also an option) and was able to use the AirPrint feature to print from my iPhone shortly after unboxing which was great. Setup on my computers was also smooth, with the printer already connected to Wi-Fi, the process was quick and the printer was recognized on the network without any issues. In my use so far, when set at Standard or High-Quality print, the printer has excellent text and image quality and a print speed of about 10 ppm in Standard which is quite quick. In Draft quality, the print speed jumps a few more ppm, with of course a lower print density, which will really make the inks last. One area of printing where the ET-7700 really stands out is photo printing. The image quality is outstanding and photos look as though they came from a retail shop with no image texture problems or obvious “printed photo” signs that I have seen on just about every other inkjet printer. Overall, I am very pleased with both the print speed and the print quality from this printer. Beyond printing, this all in one has many high-end features: scan, copy, auto duplexing, CD/DVD printing, AirPrint, USB direct print, SD Card slot, Epson Connect and Google Cloud Printing, photo enhancement/restoration, and many other functions. The onscreen controls are easy to use and the printer direct features really round out this unit. The Epson iPrint app for your mobile phone is very nice, making photo printing from your phone a snap and offering many other great features. I do wish they made a version with an Auto Document Feeder, but I don’t really have use for an ADF that often so not a big issue and it would be nice if the output tray was automatic, but again, not a big issue. While the price point for this unit is on the high end, once you consider that Epson has included over $1000 worth of ink (at current competitor ink cartridge prices) this is a great value with high quality printing and many features useful for home or office users. This is a review for the Epson Expression Premium ET-7700 EcoTank All-in-One Printer that I received free of charge to do a beta test and review.
