    Print quality great. But printer keeps going off line, lags when it prints. Moved it right next to the router and still doesn't connect consistently.

    Would be much easier to set up if a disc were included like Epson...for that reason also consider Epson Also it is possible to buy refurbished ink cartridges for Epson at good price

    I purchased this Epson printer after the Epson 830-XP all in one printer I had stopped working. This printer costed me twice as much as the 830-XP yet is poor in comparison. It boasts that it has all the same features of the 830-XP with the acception of fax capabilities, however it doesn't work nearly as good as the 830-XP, it's printing is nowhere near as good and when printing photos wether you scan them or copy them through to print are always cut off or enlarged plus they are extremely unclear and/or blurry. it doesn't matter what settings you put it on its all around cheap and trashy and barely if your lucky gets the job done. Buyer beware that this printer is also extremely hard to setup and comes with absolutely no instructions to add to your frustration and when you call Epson for help they are extremely rude to you to top it off. This printer is garbage honestly and is a huge disappointment after having experiencing having the 830-XP printer which was a great quality product. After experiencing this horrible printer I will no longer do business with Epson products and will go elsewhere. Buyer beware this product is junk do not buy! I would not recommend this product to my worst enemies!

    Eats paper almost EVERY single print job. Has VERY tiny ink cartridges which are VERY expensive. Constantly in error mode. When color ink low, it asks if you want to print in black & white instead. When you say Yes, it still forces you to replace color ink cartridge. Also only holds a small amount of paper so you're constantly refilling it.

    It was an easy set up, and it worked seamlessly with my home network plus it was easy to connect to our smart phones and iPad to print right from there. Added bonus is it has a tray to print on DVD discs directly.

    Difficult to set up, bad tech support, lots of initial issues, but worked OK once bugs were fixed. Bought it because it was on sale, got what I paid for.

    This printer is so frustrating!! Every other wk I have to buy at least 1 color ... or it WONT PRINT!! Even if I’m just printing black and white! It’s too costly!!

    Possibly one of the most frustrating tech purchases ever. Epson is trying to be Apple and ensure no other vendors can produce after market ink for them. The problem is the technology isn't great and ink that I've purchased from legitimate Epson retailers sometimes shows up as unauthorized. I will buy a 4-pack of ink, and 3 of the 4 will work but the last one won't. And of course always at the worst time. Plus there is not an option that most other printer to use the full inks to complete a print job. So if I'm out of Cyan and want to print in black and white, I cannot. The entire printer shuts down. I'm dumping this printer and getting a new one from anyone except Epson.

    Mediocre - since the day I started it up, it seems to always need firmware updates. Once in a while, it just flakes out and I need to re-start. Most of the time, it prints.

    Always a 30 minute to an hour process to get it to print or scan. Have printed very little with it and it says I'm out of ink already, and won't print until I buy more. The last page it printed, everything was perfectly legible, like it has plenty of ink. Not worth the money and unfortunately I'm out of my 30 day return window.

    Well, it prints. It takes a lot of effort to do so though. Sometimes it just refuses to do anything until hours later. We just give it time to do it’s thing.
