Bought this Epson XP-7100 at Bestbuy. Brought it home. Did all the setup as per the instructions. When it came to printing, it WOULD NOT PRINT. The printer kept saying on the screen to replace ink. Called Epson support and did exactly what they told me to do. Three times I was given the run around. Try this and try that. Epson support DOES NOT exist. They haven't anyone that could do anything to solve the problem. Each one of the three support people pretty much told me to do the same steps. I did them and nothing solves the problem. Each time the support person gave me a "number" and told me to call back tomorrow. One even told me to unplug the printer and start over. Did that and still the problem of not printing. I won't be buying a Epson product anymore. Just terrible experience.

The associate in the strore ordered the wrong printer. I wanted a Brother Printer. I returned it.

This printer works great. It has so many features that I haven't had time to try.

Once you go Epson, you will never go back! I have owned several Epson printers, and this is my favorite so far! It is so user-friendly, produces photos and documents of impeccable quality, and is fairly small, which makes it easy to accommodate on a desk. I was super impressed with how easy set-up was. I am tech-friendly, but not necessarily tech-savvy. However, the instructions were so well-written, and the steps so easy, that I was able to do it all by myself in under 15 minutes. That is a huge plus for me! I also LOVE that I can print straight from my phone. Nowadays, I do most of my printing at home from my phone - recipes, emails, forms after I have registered for something, etc. It used to be such a pain because I needed to be sure I was on a computer for certain things, had to screenshot a picture and email it to myself, or had to email myself a form, then bring up my computer. Now, at the click of a button, I can print straight from my phone. It is so quick and painless! I also think it is so unique and exciting that this printer can print borderless photos! I have not yet used premium paper, but I could see this being an excellent way to print quality photos at home. I know that I am really enjoying the photo option, and I am not even a professional. I used to cut off the extra white border when doing photos, but now, I don't have to! It makes my photos look that much better. The color is also so sharp. The ink cartridges are so easy to replace! I am thankful for that because, again, I am good with technology, but not always great, and I am often worried about ruining the printer with an ink change. This printer will not be a problem at all! It's honestly the slowest printer I've ever used, but otherwise it works fine.

I had just begun to use my new printer and then left on vacation. I have yet to test out all it can do but so far, I love it! It is light weight, a big change from my Epson Work Force printer which I still use in my office. Epson is definitely my choice for a printer. It is really hard to beat their quality.

My HP went bad, so I thought I would try an Epson. I had heard good things about them, and they are right. Great printer!!

A solid 2 at best - WAY TOO MUCH packaging difficult to setup SPECIFICALLY Need tools (something SHARP) to open the ink cart. packages Tray #2 was SOOOOO EFFFING hard to pull out the first time we were sure it would break REALLY hard to identify any of the trays

Wouldn't have given it a star at all, if I didn't have to. Tried twice to set it up and I couldn't do it: didn't think it was worth a third attempt. I also couldn't get it to print 8.5 x 11" photos like it shows on the box. This was the main reason I bought it to begin with. The back-end feed slot only managed to jam up on me. All of these issues and I'm technologically oriented. DON'T BUY.

It has connections issue. Everytime i needed to print scan or copy it takes too long. Its not as smooth as it should be. May be instead of wifi its better off with cables which doesn't not come with the printer

Very basic printer but does what I needed it for. I would not recommend it for heavy use

It would not keep connected. Hard to add device to laptops. Returned to store.

Pretty finnicky. Frequent errors requiring 20 minutes of troubleshooting (usually reinstalling the driver) every time I needed to print. Avoid this brand.

There is so much in this compact printer! Assembly and set up was an absolute breeze. I have always stuck with HP. It was beyond time to upgrade the dinosaur we used. It seriously took 15mins to set up from opening the package to finishing the installation! 15mins that's it and completely unheard of. All of the instructions we super easy to understand and the interface touch screen was extremely user friendly. The wireless connection is just so convenient. I can print from any device, anywhere, at any given time. Since we are a split household between IOS and Android this printer is perfect. Set up AGAIN super easy and takes seconds. The printer interface is automated, opens when printing and closes upon shut down. Scanning and copying are a breeze but the quality of the documents blew it out of the ballpark! I chose not to enable the quiet feature because of the printing speed choosing this. You definitely know what buttons are being pressed so that comes with fewer mistakes. I will however try out the the quiet feature to see how much the print speed would suffer, if anything. The print quality is impeccable! Really the only downfall I see with this is that it doesn't have a fax feature. So this may not be ideal for the business person who needs access to a fax machine. Overall, I would highly recommend this printer! Really easy to use and extremely easy to set up! Instructions are very easy to understand. To often the printer is slow to respond, and doesn't offer a lot of options on all docs. I wanted to print a document that was in color to black-and-white and the option wasn't given. The installation was not easy as I expected. It wouldn't install wirelessly. Message said the signal was weak. The printer is about eleven feet from the router. It still hasn't connected to wi-fi. This isn't my first install of a printer. I've installed two Epson Work Force printers that were very easy to install compared to this printer. Flimsy unit, not sturdy as I expected it to be. I would not purchase this item again. Uses ink fast, too. I have not printed photos yet, but have printed docs that had areas in color. I bought the printer to print my own photos, but I'll send them out to a membership warehouse instead.

Unfortunately the black ink cartridge was leaking. Upon opening the ink packet black ink flowed everywhere!

They don't include the "C" and "M" cartridges required to setup this printer. It's not usable with the 3 cartridges they provide, it will not let you past the setup step to check the cartridges - stupid! I planned on using this for black and white printing, not color. So this printer is like having a pet rock!
