Crap printer

I like Epson, so decided to buy this one. Set up was a flash. Love photo printing. So printed my first picture, it looked 'ok'. Made a photo project for a family member. Wanted to print one last small photo when it finally stopped working. Said 'no wi-fi connection. Reinstalled, read numerous troubleshooting articles. printer just wouldn't re connect to wifi. Owned only a little over a week. Waste of time. No wonder its on sale, been a for while. Trying to rid them to us. Don't buy. Crap printer.

Get a laser... this is junk

It uses a very large amount of ink (even just black). It jams easily. Don't make the same mistake I did. Just get a laser printer if most of your printing is black and white!

Hardware Malfunction After a Year of Min Use.

In two years we ran out of ink once to give you an idea. It stopped connecting to Wifi and therefore we are unable to use it as intended. Called Epson and they concluded that it was a hardware malfunction and since we are outside the year warranty, we are out of luck. I wouldnt buy this again.

Just Awful

Every single day there is an error that requires me to restart the printer. It is noisy, takes forever to print and the ink has to be replaced frequently (and I do not print a lot) which is expensive. I should have returned this when I had the chance. Waste of money

Frustrated

When needed the most.... FAILED!

Did all the setup as per the instructions. When it came to printing, it WOULD NOT PRINT. The printer kept saying on the screen to replace ink. Called Epson support and did exactly what they told me to do. Three times I was given the run around. Try this and try that. Epson support DOES NOT exist. They haven't anyone that could do anything to solve the problem. Each one of the three support people pretty much told me to do the same steps. I did them and nothing solves the problem. Each time the support person gave me a "number" and told me to call back tomorrow. One even told me to unplug the printer and start over. Did that and still the problem of not printing. I won't be buying a Epson product anymore. Just terrible experience.

Easy to use, quality unmatched

I have owned several Epson printers, and this is my favorite so far! It is so user-friendly, produces photos and documents of impeccable quality, and is fairly small, which makes it easy to accommodate on a desk. I was super impressed with how easy set-up was. I am tech-friendly, but not necessarily tech-savvy. However, the instructions were so well-written, and the steps so easy, that I was able to do it all by myself in under 15 minutes. That is a huge plus for me! I also LOVE that I can print straight from my phone. Nowadays, I do most of my printing at home from my phone - recipes, emails, forms after I have registered for something, etc. It used to be such a pain because I needed to be sure I was on a computer for certain things, had to screenshot a picture and email it to myself, or had to email myself a form, then bring up my computer. Now, at the click of a button, I can print straight from my phone. It is so quick and painless! I also think it is so unique and exciting that this printer can print borderless photos! I have not yet used premium paper, but I could see this being an excellent way to print quality photos at home. I know that I am really enjoying the photo option, and I am not even a professional. I used to cut off the extra white border when doing photos, but now, I don't have to! It makes my photos look that much better. The color is also so sharp. The ink cartridges are so easy to replace! I am thankful for that because, again, I am good with technology, but not always great, and I am often worried about ruining the printer with an ink change. This printer will not be a problem at all! All in all, I highly recommend this printer. This is a review for the Epson Expression Premium XP-7100 Wireless Printer that I received free of charge to do a beta test and review. I have not been compensated in any way for this review. The fact that I received the product for free of charge does not impact my high view of the product.

My Epson Expression Premium XP-7100 wireless

I have yet to test out all it can do but so far, I love it! It is light weight, a big change from my Epson Work Force printer which I still use in my office. Epson is definitely my choice for a printer. It is really hard to beat their quality.

Slowest printer ever

A Huge Peace of Sheet

Tried twice to set it up and I couldn't do it: didn't think it was worth a third attempt. I also couldn't get it to print 8.5 x 11" photos like it shows on the box. This was the main reason I bought it to begin with. The back-end feed slot only managed to jam up on me. All of these issues and I'm technologically oriented. DON'T BUY.
