DId not work with our WiFi

Epson Did It Again... Great, All-In-One Printer

By far EPSON makes the best printers for quality photo prints. I own and use a few wide format EPSON printers that allow me to produce amazing prints that I mount and sell. I have had the opportunity to use the EPSON EXPRESSION PREMIUM XP-7100 printer… OMG!!! This smaller flexible all-in-one printer really hits it out of the park. I am so impressed by the products it spits out in record time. The printing time for a 4x6 or 8x10 is superfast while maintaining the high standard of quality. I appreciate the ability to print wirelessly as well as having the printer be a part of my wired network. I can even print from my camera, phone and laptops I have spread about connected wirelessly. This printer is capable of fulfilling most of a small business or family’s printing, scanning, copying, archiving needs. Setup of this printer was quick and easy. It took longer for me to find a pair of scissors than it did to get it plugged in and working. The printer sits on the desk not taking up much real estate. The printer paper trays close and hide away keeping dust, animal hair, etc. out of the machine. Besides, it’s sleek black looks make it look good while on the desk. Did I mention, TWO-SIDED SCANNING!!!! Oh yeah…TWO-SIDED PRINTING!!!! What? That’s right, this is such a power packed convenient, small, and smart all-in-one. In my opinion, the EPSON EXPRESSION XP-7100 is truly the best all-in-one scanner, copier, printer, wireless magical tool that really everyone should have on their desk. Epson has always maintained software and firmware updates for its products. I appreciate a company that keeps its customers happy by continuing to support its products. This all-in-one checked for a new firmware update. The download and install it was simple and straight forward. We will enjoy using this all-in-one. Great job again, Epson!!! This is a review for the Epson Expression Premium XP-7100 Wireless Printer that I received free of charge to do a beta test and review.

I was able to use it one time before it completely malfunctioned. The printer could not read that printer cartridges were in place and full. Went to local store and they said they did not have a printer in my price range.. either on stock or on back order. Pretty disappointed

Doesn’t work

A couple of calls and tech support took over my computer. Worked briefly but stopped again. Not sure if it’s the printer or some other issue. My last printer was an Eason and always worked great. Now I wait for a house call.

Epson Disappoints

I could never print anything... had to return it. Truly disappointing product from Epson. I had high hopes. The design was great but that's all this printer had to offer: a cool look.

This one is designed to be flimsy, moves parts (unnecessarily) every time it's turned on, and sometimes doesn't retract them when turned off. Inadequate instructions, especially for replacing ink cartridges, which are outrageously expensive (75% cost of printer) and don't last very long. Very small paper trays. I'll look a lot harder for the next printer.

went to sleep, never woke up

Called and reset the router, checked the modem, nothing. Gonna have to return it and go back to Canon.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY

I went with Epson again because of great reviews but in a month after purchase the printer cannot grab the paper to print which was same issue I had with previous model. cually have to put my finger in label draw and push paper through. What a piece of junk and Epson dles nothing to fix issue justbdepartment and hold run around

Hardware failure with ink after only 18 months

The printer will not recognize the cartridges (purchased directly from Epson) and therefore is no longer useable. The options offered by Epson were to take it to a service center or a small discount on a new Epson. No thanks - no longer trust Epson
