No Printing From Internet

I have never been able to print off this computer from the internet. It is the worst product I've ever purchased. I was willing to live with the fact it doesn't print, but the scanner is not very good either. I'm just going to stick it in the closet until my next garage sale.

Printer and scanner issues

It does not connect well via wireless with my laptop. The scanner immediately started to produce 2 lines in the middle of the scanned pages..... It is a real nightmare. I wish I would have bought something else. I won't buy Epson printers ever again. Never had so many issues with a printer/scanner.

And I thought my old Canon was bad

Third, I have to reprint often because quality is lacking. This printer cannot print barcodes for Amazon returns...they come out grainy, wavy, or illegible. And that is with settings on "high quality." Have uninstalled, re-installed, and same garbage comes out.

Poor network support

I contacted Epson support and they replaced the printer. The replacement has the same fault and now getting sent a third printer. Poor quality and design if you're not attaching this to a PC and using it wirelessly.

Does not print photos

This is why you purchase the protection plan because not everyday you decide to run the item to its full capacity. Typically you try something after it has ran out of the return time.

Worst Printer Ever

It is bar none the worst printer I have ever purchased. The text runs into each other and the photo quality is poor regardless of how many times I clean and align the print heads.....the printing is poor.

AMAZING! Perfect Personal Use Printer
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This is my third Epson Printer and Epson has not yet failed as far as quality and usage. I had Office sized ones to this compact small in one - daily house/in home office use. After opening the box, it takes about 10-15 minutes to fully set up. It comes with a CD/DVD rom for you to install the printer to configure but I do not have a CD drive in my computer but you can get everything you need to set up via their website in the support section. Also, this is be your way up configuring your printer if you have a smaller laptop that doesnt include a disk drive. *** Once you get near the end of installing all needed software, you can pick your type of connection. I have a few USB cables but for this I wanted to test out more of the Wireless capabilities from in my office and having it in a neutral area for multiple family members could you use since it's size and nice and seek, possibly the living room for easy access 'grab & go'. It was now time to test out. I did not notice the printer noise being any quieter (improved) but it wasn't a bad noise and quailty was nice. I then moved the printer (which was the real test) and plugged it in the living room. Nothing changed, all the settings were there (mind you I've never moved a printer) and tested it. It was nice being that the distance I went - the page was printed and ready to go. After that test, I moved it back into my home computer room and tested the scan and copier. The scan was nice, no surpise there then went to make a copy. Thumbs up to both of those areas. Although the loading tray seems like it could be easily broken if handled roughly. OVERALL (if you made it this far into my review): The size of the printer is perfect for someone with not alot of room to worth with that needs a printer. It was easy to set up and the price is unbeatable. It's good for your basic needs as it comes to a printer. It's not a loud printer and prints quite fast. Wireless capability makes it easy to keep it in an area without running a USB cable or wired connection. I would say if you need a printer for small projects at home use or a student - this is a keeper. “This is a review for the Epson Expression Premium XP-7100 Wireless Printer that I received free of charge to do a beta test and review.”

It is never connected even when it is hardwired. If I could I would return this immediately. Unfortunately it took time to find out how horrible it works if it works at all.
