I am enjoying this very easy to operate printer, The color prints have beautiful fast drying color. I like the fact that I am able to print photos from my cell phone!!! I highly recommend this printer because of its versatility

After years of HP printers I have become disenchanted with their drive to take away autonomy of your printer from you. I know stuff can be turned off but default and preferences should not be a factor in a personal printer. Epson is not immune from this but it definitely seems more like a choice. So far the printer is fine, easy set up and very user friendly. Unfortunately I have no longevity so I can only base this review on what I know. It was also not a big ticket item so there is that also.

The Eason printer is just wonderful, easy to set up and the print quality is excellent I totally recommend this printer

This is a review for the Epson Expression Premium XP-7100 Wireless Printer that I received free of charge to do a beta test and review. Easy set up out of the box. The picture printing Quality Is better then some professional prints. Printing documents was a breeze, everything is crisp and clear. Scanning was a breeze, set up to my laptop took 60 seconds. The ink seems to last as well, only using what came with it and have printed 30 things and no low ink light.

I received this in the mail and the printer was very carefully packaged. Per instructions, I had to remove all the blue tape and padding.I received an error message when I turned it on.So I turned it back off.I thought I removed all blue tape and padding, but I lifted the scanner up and there were additional foam pieces.Once I removed it all, the printer turned on and was ready to start up and connect to my laptop and smart phone with highspeed wifi internet.First I added the ink cartridges, which were easy to click in place.I found it very simple to connect the printer to my laptop.I did not need to use the disc that was included for setup.I do not even have a cd drive on my laptop.(can purchase an external drive)Once set up, I fixed the paper tray to accomodate standard sized paper.I was now ready to print.It took 2 tries to find my wifi from the printer. I am very impressed by this all in one device.The touch-display screen is user friendly and shows help and troubleshooting which is unique.With each printing job, I have noticed perfection and speed.I have not experienced this high quality from a printer in the past.I was most excited to see the 2 sided printing which is fabulous and useful.I also enjoy the easy scanning.For scanning I did need to install software to my laptop to receive the images by PDF files.I find it slightly more difficult to use my android phone(compared to laptop) as I needed to install an app to support file transfers from the scanning option.Copying was a breeze to navigate too. Thank heavens a printer that was easy to set up and that works. I didn't want to go too fancy in our replacement and this one has been perfect. So great to print bright clear pictures.

Upon Opening the box I found the printer/scanner to be well packed with everything in the box including the ink. After hooking up the printer and installing the ink (which was very easy) I turned on the printer and hooked it p to the wifi and that was also a snap. Once on the network the printer stated it needed a firmware update so I let that happen while I installed the drivers from the CD Rom that came with the printer. After the printer completed its update and the install was complete (about 15 minutes) I started into the printer calibration and that requires a few sheets of paper to be loaded up in tray two and it will print a bunch of stuff and ask you questions to verify as it moves along. With the setup complete I was able to print a few 8X10" pictures the single paper feed is located in the rear of the printer and that is where I loaded photo paper and it will prompt you to load and if you do it wrong it will just spit the paper out of the front and you will have to try again as it wants the paper to be in an exact spot before it will print. Now as far as the results.... WOW all i can say is wow, the pictures I printed came out wonderful, I don't think I've ever seen a home printed produce a picture that looks this good ever! The quality matches that of a print shop if not better. Ink usage looks to be ok but I have not printed enough to see how long they will last. This is the 3rd xp-7100 I've purchased. I have them in 3 different offices. They're easy to set up, easy to use, the scanning software is fantastic and photo printing is exact.

Simple, easy to setup, was up and running in under 10 minutes, including configuring the wi-fi and installing the drivers on our Mac and Windows 10 devices. Have multiple Epson printers (basically one of all 3 levels on our home so we can send the print job to the nearest printer, as I work in the basement, and wife on the 1st level and kids in the bedrooms) Prints are clear and quality is what you expect from a premium EPSON printer. Does have additional features such as the photo print(which is awesome) and CD print (not sure who uses CDs anymore..) and AirPrint and Google Cloud support which is a plus compared to our old EPSON (XP-440) as I needed to keep an AirPrint server running to print from our multiple iOS devices. Scanning to computer and USB drive worked as expected, as well so did the double sided printing support in such a small device, which I was not expecting.. PROs Great Print quality, AirPrint Small footprint Fast Ethernet Port – great to reduce Wi-Fi chatter especially if you have a lot of devices CONs The only CON or shortcoming I see is not having support for the larger refillable tank as with some of the other EPSON printers as Cartridges can get quite expensive if you print a lot.. Nice printer. Lots of features. Very nice thatbit will print on CD/ DVDs. Like everything except for paper load tray. It is more ackward than other printers i have owned.

Good inexpensive printer. Had to print photos to give out on vacation leaving the next day. Ordered online, picked it up in an hour, printed good quality 4x6 prints within 3 hours of ordering. Easy to set up, nice photo quality prints.

Ease of setup and use. It only took about 15 mins. to set up. The printing is nice for my small business needs.

Our purchase of this printer - Epson XP-7100 was based on reading of multiple reviews and comparison with many others similar printers-scanners. So far, after a month of use, dozens of copies were made, over hundred of pages were printed including some photos. We were using Wi-Fi to print photos from the laptop and two different iPhones and everything went smooth without any problems. For us, the quality of printing is satisfactory at least, no complaints there. Overall, we would recommend this printer for use at home where no heavy loads of printing really needed.

The price was good. Seems a little flimsy. I like that it has duplex scan and print. The scan to computer is a little confusing. Haven't had any issues yet but I haven't had it very long. Prints beautiful pictures. You can still scan when out of ink. Curious how long the print cartridges will last.

Not crazy about the printer. Uses alot of ink & won't stay connected to wifi.

Good print quality. Easy install. So far, so good.

Moved from an HP printer after years of burning thru ink. Liking this Epson so far. Ink is holding up better; good quality prints (on par with HP); setup was easy. Recommend.
