After years of home service, my HP All-In-One printer finally quit working. I searched Best Buy for another HP but it seemed like all the HP's required a subscription for their cartridges. So I searched other brands and found the Epson XP-7100 having a hugh number of 5-star ratings and purchased that one. The XP-7100 was easy to set up and worked great right out of the box. I'm very happy with it and would recommend it to my friends.

I've always had HP printers, and always find them failing after a few years and I have to replace them. I decided to give Epson a try and I'm very pleased with this choice. It doesn't everything easily with sensible menus, both on the device via the window as well on in the software interfaces, and has behaved quite well. The small ink cartridges are a bit of a bother, they don't hold much and I'm always replacing them, but the printer is good and the printouts are great, so there's that one minor inconvenience you have get through unless you hardly ever print.

I bought this as a replacement for the HP printer that we had previously. I got tired of paying a monthly subscription for ink. The only negative that I have with the device is the printing software for cd labels since it requires the image to be in an uncommon format. With that being said, how many people even still use cds, let alone print on them.

Good print quality, price was fair, seems to be the only mid-priced Epson that scans and copies two-sided.
Wish it had fax capabilities, really dislike Epson ink pricing, may be reason to choose something else next time.

When we first got this printer, it didn't have fax capabilities so we were going to take it back, but decided to keep it anyway. It was easy to set up and easy to use and the quality of the printing is exceptional for the price paid. We haven't had any experience with the ink yet, so din't really know how well that will work.

So easy to set up, quite, not that fast at printing but excellent quality, it is sleek and well designed, Multiple feeder options for the paper. One issue for me is that duplex printing does not work on my MacBook Pro, but does work on the I pad. Strange, but consistent bug.

I picked this up to replace the Epson ET-2750. I used to have the RX-580, which I miss dearly but could no longer find cartridges locally. So, as much ink as I go through, I thought I would try the Eco Tank. That is the only time I think I found the lemon on the shelf. Pictures weren't the right color. And then it had printing issues. So, I went down to Best Buy and found this little gem. Colors are exactly what they are supposed to be again. It takes a little longer to set up (there is the head alignment, and such) , but it's no big deal to me. It's easier to use than the Eco Tank, as well. I'll be using this as long as I can keep finding cartridges.

Printer prints well - after replacement of an initial faulty XP 7100 printer that would not even complete fully the set up process, that was quickly replaced by Best Buy. However after having had four different Epson Printers over the years I am disappointed in how long it takes between sending a page to print and it’s actually printing. In addition the menu options required much more testing to figure out what they actually did - some options use strange terminology for non techs to interpret and are counter intuitive to what they look like they are saying. Note. Help files - on line- are comprehensive but not helpful to non techies and call in help is not available in Sat and Sun.
That said I still think Epson have the best printers.

My first Epson

This is my first Epson printer and I have to say I was very leery on going against buying my normal brand. But when i was in store to purchase the best buy guy showed me a few that matched what my needs are. this was the second one he showed me and i went for it. I liked the sleek look of the printer and that i could also buy individual ink instead of having to buy all at once. Also was very important to be able to print good quality photos. This printer for my needs is 500times better then i could have imagined. Super easy setup for wireless printing. It has so many options settings to allow me to do pretty much anything with this printer. And the photos turn out great. It has been exactly what I wanted and for the price it just makes it even better to get a printer that does everything I need and not have to break the bank for it. I would highly recommend this printer as it is incredible.

I purchased this for the ADF scanner. Worked for one scan—after the scan it would no longer allow scans from computer or from touchscreen. I removed and reloaded the drivers multiple times. The printer is okay. As with other Epson products the paper tray is flimsy plastic, *very* difficult to load paper or change sizes such as envelopes or cards or photos. 20 pieces of paper is very small amount so I don’t recommend for frequent printing. The ink cartridges included are small and expensive to replace. I returned it due to the scanner not working.

So far, this printer does what I need it to do. The set up was extremely easy. It has good print quality, the paper feed is nice, and the scan is easy to use. The only drawbacks are the paper trays are a little clumsy to use and the button light is too bright when the printer is sleeping. At night, the button light illuminates my entire office.

The Epson Expression Premium printer works very well wit my iMac desk top computer. it is very compact on my desk compared to previous printers. It uses individual ink cartridges which I prefer. It responds quickly to print jobs and handles two sided printing very well
