Good quality, elegant, fast and quiet. Just not totally happy with the ink. It’s been 4 weekends using it for school and I already bought new tanks.

Works great and the software makes doing functions such as scanning easy. I love that it has two trays, one for letter size paper and a second one just for photo paper so there is no taking time out to change paper when you want a quick print, I can print from my phone as well as laptop and iPad. The photos are sharp and clear. What's not to love? It also prints documents two sided.

This same XP-7100 model, which I purchased in 2021, suddenly, would no longer recognize my computer. Documents would get backed up in printer queue, then suddenly spurt out a dozen pages of absolute nonsense. Sure wasted a LOT of my paper supply. Then it stopped printing altogether. I spent HOURS on the phone with Epson support. To their credit, they tried EVERYTHING but could not get to the bottom of it. Finally I replaced it with ANOTHER XP-7100. It's only been up and running about two weeks and it's doing the EXACT SAME THING as the one I replaced! Clearly, there's a problem with their software, updates, or SOMETHING. I use a simple USB connection to my computer, not Wi-Fi, so there's simply no excuse for this. That's IT with Epson. Never used them before this model and I won't be back. I will say that when it WAS working I was very happy with the quality. But, I'm returning this to them while it's still under warranty and going back to HP. I am NOT a happy customer.

Tried two other brands before I bought this Epson. It was easy to set up and I love all the features - two-sided printing, doc feeder for multiple pages, scans and prints photos. Compact size for all it does.

I usually buy HP Printers and I stayed in the store for approximately an hour trying to decide on a printer. My previous printer was an HP and it was bulky and it didn’t have the option to print in color. I picked this Epson printer because it was a 3 in 1 and offered the option to print in color. I also liked the sleek design. So far I’m satisfied with my new printer. The trays do seem a little flimsy but it doesn’t bother me. There are also times where it seems to take a little longer to print something and I’m not sure why. So overall, I would recommend this printer.

Bought this for $100 off and finally installed it after I used up the ink in my last 30 year old Epson RX595. This one still prints on CD/DVD's which is why I chose it. I love the fact it's wifi and I can finally print from my iPhone and laptops. But it's a little too complicated actually. Can't figure out how to do 2-sided printing so I'm wasting lots of paper.

Easy setup and took a bit of time to complete but that's to be expected with a new printer. Printer has worked great. Purchased this unit because I still print to CD/DVD discs and this unit fortunately still has that feature. Replaced my old Epson R340 which I loved .... I hope the XP-7100 will give me the same years of great service. So far so good!

Printing photos results in a good print when it works. I have had nothing but issues with heavy matte paper. It seems the paper has trouble making the bend from the lower trays. Epson could do better to make the path smoother for the bend. I have to use the manual straight feed if I do not want to waste paper and time, yet manual printing is also time consuming. Print quality is great. I also have to realign the print heads not only when changing the ink cartridges, but after about 15-20 prints or so. I start seeing vertical streaks. There is a setting to align just for vertical. Again, time consuming. I never had these issue with my old Epson Photo printer from 10 years ago.

Excellent document print quality. Easy setup. Quiet. Double sided printing and feeder work great. Still pretty new so fingers crossed the ink cartridges last.
