Just what i needed! Prints great and no problems with it

I have had Epson XP 7100 printer now for 3 weeks. I have a Mac and my wife uses a PC. Here's my observations. The printer was designed for PC users. The Mac was an after thought. Look at the installation instructions and the User's Guide. The print options are not straight forward. They are not user friendly. Look at how to select black and white, color selections, double sided printing and you'll see the complexity I faced. Epson has no tutorials on how to install or use the printer - only marketing info on final results. Once mastered, it seems to print OK. Customer Support did not know the product much better than I did.

So far, I like this printer very much. It's rather large, but compact in style with clean lines. Set-up was relatively simple, but I couldn't have done it without phone support from Epson. The printing is excellent, and quick. This printer has many more options than the previous HP Photosmart I used for many years. I'm very happy I switched to Epson, per a friend's recommendation.

good price range and good quality color printer. i use it to print stickers and small photos prints.

Very nice for printing, except it becomes a bit more complicated than it needs to be. There is a separate tray for photo sized paper and it wants to print from there as a default.

I got this when I knew we were going to be stuck working at home for awhile and I'm so glad I did! It has kept me afloat with my work duties, it scans perfectly (without all the lines some other scanners have) and it autocorrects the sheet so it is straight. The printing is crystal clear and after 6 weeks of working from home, no sign of low ink at all! I give it 2 thumbs up for sure!

This printer is extremely easy to set up and connect to WIFI. We haven't printed a lot but it prints well from a computer and a smartphone. It's a little noisy which can be distracting. Also, it prints in order; I need to read the manual to see how to get it to print in reverse order.

You can't print huge amounts, but the quality is really good. Setup is very easy.

Bought this to replace a Canon printer that just up and died! Already have an Epson workforce portable wireless printer I was very happy with and this one is just as great! Ability to print directly onto CD/DVD’s was one of the features I was looking for and this does not disappoint!

Inexpensive, easy to set up and use multiple functions.

Great printer even better than the predecesor if you don’t need wide format printing. Has many trays and options. If it had wide printing option this would be a 5 star. However using rear tray is annoying, the paper passes through and you need to place it back in tray.

Sluggish, noisy, and shakes the whole storage shelve. Other than that, looks sleek, modern and nice quality prints.

I shopped for weeks before buying a new printer. Then I found this one which had everything I wanted, two sided printing, photo print,scan with auto feed AND a printer that both my Android Sons family and my Apple sons family can use with any fuss. So far it’s been Great and the setup went super easy and I’m no young techie.

We've used an Epson XP-7100 printer for 6 years. When we finally wore it out, we decided to get the dame model again. It has proved to be an excellent printer for photos as well as documents.
