It's a great machine; mine got old and tired, so had to replace it. Product support is a major problem. I called Epsom and was connected with someone who had such strong accent that I couldn't understand what s/he was trying to tell me. Even the local Geek Squad person had a strong accent: quite annoying. But of course, we all know why this is the standard practice, don't we (wink, wink)?

Prints well and doesn't run out of ink as quickly as the Kodak printer did. It does what I needed and has the added feature of 2 sided printing which is great!

So happy I bought this you have no idea. Now I don't have to keep asking people to print my stuff lol

It does a decent print job but not ideal for photos. The scanner is great. My biggest frustration was how obnoxiously delicate and flimsy some of the components were. I literally broke the paper tray my first time using it because it was so fragile. I was able to tape the piece back on, but sad to have a brand new printer that is already damaged just from pulling out the paper tray the first time. Very cheap. Would not recommend

Haven't tried photo yet, but copy, print, scan have worked excellent. It folds up itself when closing. About 3" less wide as my previous printer. Therefore happy with printer!
