Good quality all-in-one for the price. The ink is slightly pricey, but I like the bluetooth printing capabilities

I used HP printers years ago but they seemed to wear out fast. I switched to Epsom ever since and have never been sorry. I like the ability to print clear, sharp pictures.

Bought this printer to meet our needs during COVID shut down. It has been great for school needs as well working from home. Came with printer ink, which was a bonus.

Very good print quality. My only comment that is not really a negative is that it takes quite a few ink cartridges.

Prints nice pictures but the tray for the paper and photo cards should be easier to get to.

I needed a printer/scanner/fax/copy machine that could print large paper and envelopes and postcard size paper. The Epson printers do a much better job with this than the HP printers and this one had everything I wanted with the exception of a smaller than I would like paper tray. That would be my biggest complaint. Didn't give it 5 starts because of that and the special sheet tray at the back is a little flimsy.

This is a convenient to use, fully functional wireless printer that produces high quality photo prints even from your cell phone.

Setup took a while, there's LOTS of hidden blue tape to remove so follow the instructions. After that, finding the MAC address to set up secure wireless was a bit frustrating but I finally found it. Overall I think it's a great price/performance match.

Great little all in one printer, fax and copier. We had to upgrade as our previous printer did not make the move well so we bought this one that resembles the previous one and it's working as expected.

This printer is easy and convenient to use . The set up wasn't hard at all to do.

This is an excellent printer. It prints very good photos, but is very picky about papers and settings. It did a poor job using HP photo paper, but did a good job using Epson photo paper. Also, be sure to set the correct paper type on the printer itself. The printer doesn't seem to always respond when the paper type is set in the printing app on a computer. A special feature of this printer is the ability to scan double-sided documents in the document feeder, without having to scan one side, turn it over and scanned the other.
