I have owned all three major brands, including an earlier version of thie one. The touchscreen is wonderful! Much easierto use than earlier models. The ADF, USB and mem card features are welcome. Paper handling is improved. My only reservation, and that is probably my own fault tho I don't know why yet, is that it takes 3-4 minutes via my home network to get the printer to print after sending a document from my PC. Any help is appreciated.
