Worst Printer and customer service

It lasted a total of a month and a half. I went back-and-forth with Epson because the printer would no longer recognize the black ink. This was after I paid for Epson ink that didn’t work! They sent me a new black ink cartridge, that again didn’t work?! The sensor in printer that senses the ink cartridge is obviously bad in this unit. They then decided to send me a refurbished unit that had the exact same freaking problem would not recognize the black ink. All of this back-and-forth with Epson, apparently took me out of the return window at Best Buy. All the manager could offer me is to recycle it and offer to get a sales person to help me pick out another printer. Lol. I will never buy anything at Best Buy again.

When you need a printer

Owned for 7 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased my printer in August of 2020 I am very happy with the printer I now do not need to go anyway else to get the documents and pictures that I want to get off my computer In the future when I need anything I will be sure to go to Best Buy Actually this was the first time I purchased anything from Best Buy I am so satisfied with all the help I got from the staff to get the printer I needed Thanks Best Buy I recommend you to everyone

Disappointed

It had one place to load the paper, and I knew where the paper would come out. To make copies was easy , just put the item to copy on the glass. With this XP-7100 there are too many places for the paper, I don't know where the copy is supposed to come out. There is no decent manual to follow. I recommend that you provide a class on how to operate it or at least a decent video. I am very disappointed.
