I use it for my small business where I sell art prints and it's perfect. The built in scanner goes up to 1200dpi and also works perfect for scanning traditional art!! I highly recommended this printer

However, when it came to understanding how to perform simple tasks, I needed to contact Total tech Support to add shortcuts on my desktop to get to certain parts of the printer, its capabilities and set up.

Goes through a lot of ink but oh well, other than that it's great so far! No complaints. WAAAAAY better than the HP OfficeJet I bought and had to return because it wouldn't even complete the setup process.
