It took 4 days for this printer to finally connect with the wifi even though my wifi was working correctly. After a week of correctly printing it started printing vertical lines. I tried all the suggested fixes but none worked and then I installed the suggested update. After the update it would not recognize the black Epson ink cartridge. I tried downgrading but then the printer was stuck on a scanner error window which I could not move out of. So I finally accepted the Epson offer to exchange the new printer for a used/reconditioned one. Once I receive the printer exchange I will be filing a complaint with Consumer Protection and the FTC against Best Buy and their credit card. BestBuy has lost my business and others, I had to purchase 4 printers (including my personal one) and 1 laptop for my association which has been purchased from a different company. My final statement is that 14 days is not enough time to determine if a printer is functional.

Only issue I have is for the Black ink. Not sure if it is issue with Printer or the Ink, But I also included it on my review on the ink.

We have always used HP printers before but this one gave us everything we wanted for less money. The picture printing quality is supposed to be much better than the HP from our research prior to purchasing as well. We just haven’t had time to print any pictures yet lol. Soon we hope!

Had issues with using the scanner over wifi, after an hour of messing around with settings, reinstalling software, etc, I plugged an ethernet cable in and no issues. It's probably just me, but save yourself time and just hardwire it into your network.

I use it for business reports and misc. printouts. In that time it has performed pretty well. It has eaten 2 sheets of paper so far. Not sure if that's my bad paper loading or the printers pick up mechanism. We shall see...
