Easy to set up; Wi-Fi-wonderful; color pictures are terrific

I returned an HP that did not connect to my computer. My last 2 printers were HP's. The tech people said the problem was my computer, I retuned it and got the Epson out of frustration and am happy I did. The Epson is smaller, works great, and seems to be higher quality.

The price was good on this aio printer and of course it is an Epson so I think the print quality is really good. But the drawbacks are these: the paper drawer is in an awkward place and very shallow. In fact, often I am not sure I am pulling out the drawer or messing something up. And the second major issue is the cost of consumables. Print ink is a lot of money! Half the cost of this printer when I got it on sale. And the cartridges are thirsty. Now I am not a print newbie. I have been running ink jet printers for a lot of years, but somehow, I find this all very disappointing.

Easy on ink everything works great. and it's all automatic. The print quality is excellent both in color and black and white. No paper jams. And the screen is also a great plus very well lit and and viewable from all angles. The screen instructions are a great plus. And setup was simple practically automatic.

So far there have been no issues with printing, copying, or scanning. Primarily used as a printer for both B&W and color. Good quality prints and speed is as expected.

So far this has been a great printer, easy set up ,easy operation, and fairly quiet. Prints quickly. Only flaw so far, doesn't hold much paper. 60 sheets.

Reasonably priced, small footprint, reliable printer that does it all. Wireless easy to set up and use (needed the app for Samsung phone to access); works great sending a recipe to the printer from phone etc. Get larger ink cartridges for value. Not enough usage to justify model with refillable ink wells or laser printing. No doubt that Epson is the best because I've used all others over time with problems and poor quality prints. Epson ink printed photos don't fade...all printer inks are expensive but you can't beat the consistent quality of anything Epson.

I really like my Epson XP-830 printer. My only two suggestions is to change the paper tray so you have a secondary tray for photo paper. And make it so you can load the paper tray from the front without completely sliding it out of the printer.

I have not had the printer for a very long time but, to date, I am satisfied with its performance. The paper feed tray is internal and has to be pulled out to load paper. I would prefer and external loader, but this is not a deal breaker.

The printer is easy to use and setup. Connects to WiFi without a hitch. Only problem is the replacement ink is expensive and always seems to run out. Never use the printer to print photos.

Great printer. I bought it for the automatic feed tray to scan or print a document with multiple pages at the same time. Speed and resolution is comparable to similar printers. Easy installation and wireless printing is a breeze using Epson's app. Overall satisfied with the purchase.

This printer exceeded my expectation on print quality. It works very well as a wireless printer, handles 2 sides, Fax, and also has a paper feed. This printer has a great value.

Does everything it's supposed to do and does it all very well - produces vivid colors of scans and copies. The printouts are dry to the touch almost immediately, even with printing deep colors. And the automatically-retracting output tray is very helpful as my space is very limited.

Prints fast and smooth. I have never owned a better printer. Owned for about a year and a half. And use every week. Never encountered an issue. Can print from my phone and laptops. Without a problem. As it prints, it tells you the ink level on your laptop. Always prints with great looking colors. I love it. This was not expensive at all. I’ve bought more expensive and have encountered problems after problems. I can scan and it’s also touch screen. It has a fax, but I have never used it. I will buy Epson printer from now on.

Replaced an HP that sucked up ink. This is a great all-in-one printer - compact in size with all the features you want. Highly versatile and easy to use. Excellent print quality.

I love my printer. I use it to print out school work and and my son also uses it to print for his papers and different things. I like that I can use wifi or the cords to connect it to the computer. I also like that all the computers in the house can connect and print from it.

Relatively inexpensive printer that gets the job done. Print quality is very good and print speed is adequate. If you are looking for a printer with a small footprint, above average features, then this printer will meet your needs.

Coming from a 12 yr old HP Photosmart this thing is awesome. Some negative reviews say its too noisy. Its way quieter than my old HP. Some say the text isn't that great. I think its just fine for everyday stuff. If you want to publish something, sure, look elsewhere but you shouldn't be considering something of this price point anyway. My only negative is the two draw paper thing is a bit fiddly but its just different to what I am used to so I will get over it. I suppose my only gripe is the finish on the plastic is very glossy and attracts fingerprints. But how much of an issue that is is up to you.

We love this printer. It produces very sharp images and letters. Will auto-print on both sides of pages... I didn't know it would do that. The screen provides excellent instructions when replacing cartridges or printing photos, etc. Very good scanning. I ma not using the wireless as I have it connected via cable to my home network but all devices not just computers can access and print to it. As expected, the software has had some updates which are no problem and have worked perfectly. I have had other printers that had very problematic software.. this is very well designed software!!!! VERY IMPRESSED WITH THIS PRINTER!!!

This is a great printer. It was easy to connect to all our devices, and in minutes we were able to print. So far we have only used black and white, but it prints quickly and quietly.
