Great printer: 4 stars only due to paper tray access and set up. Good black and white plus color printer. Excellent photo printer! We like the size of the printer ... not too large a footprint. Not thrilled with access to the paper tray and set up was not intuitive - took a bit with the software - overall, very happy with this purchase! A very good value.

Great printer for the price. It has a nice LCD display that allows printing from a SD card. It is easy to load standard paper of glossy picture paper.

I wanted to get a new printer for the house and settled on this one. It’s priced high enough that it shouldn’t die out in 2 month, and so far so good. Print quality is great for both documents and pictures. Has a simple but robust print from your phone feature. Only complaint is with all the moving transformer parts when it wakes up, they’re a little superfluous.

Love this printer! Got it on sale and have used it several days now and it prints great. Printed some Christmas pictures and quality is also great. I would recommend this to everyone.

So far, this printer works like a charm. I mainly print photos and they have been coming out beautifully! I've had it for a month or two. Was very easy to install.

After an extensive search. first by manufacturere, then product class and product support to commercial and professionals. It became clear that the Epson product offerings were leaders in print technology. Our first printer, purchased almost 18-years ago was an Epson, that printer functioned for 6-years, the printer was expensive to operate. We are now proud owners of a printer which was easy to setup and has provided us great results. Thank you Epson.

Excellent printer and great photos. Lots of features. I like the email to print feature. The Epson XP-830 will do it all. The software/firmware will update periodically so keep it updated to get the best performance and security. Very good user interface. The touch screen makes it easy to navigate quickly. Lots of flexibility with SD memory or USB storage ports to transfer or store photos/movies. Some Cons though. This printer likes to use up the ink. The paper tray could be larger. I'd recommend you stick with only genuine Epson ink. No aftermarket ink because it will ruin the printer heads. The Epson ink is pricey but stick with the XL cartridges to maximize your expense. The standard cartridge is OK if you can find a bargain. I've probably run 2500-3000 pages through mine and haven't had any jamming/paper feed issues yet. I did have a minor problem with some ink smudges but located the problem and cleaned up the ink pad that captures the excess ink. Photo printing is beautiful but it will consume the ink. The app work great and the wireless printing is excellent. No connection problems. I use iPad and iPhone and the wireless connection to my router.

Love this printer. It's small it be out of the way, but big enough for all the small printing jobs I need it for.

This is my favorite epsom printer to date. Picture quality is very good, speed is above average, connectivity a breeze... it does everything it is supposed to do without a hitch

Having a hard time using as half the time it won't stay connected to the wifi. Otherwise, when I can get it to print, it does a very good job

I love this printer and the quality. The only con I can say is the printing speed - it seems to take a little bit to actually start printing. Other than that it has been great.

Love having a printer that I can reach wirelessly with my laptop, PC or cellphone - and the print quality is great! Being able to print on CDs is a bonus!

Quality is good for the price. Really like the wireless printing feature. Can print from iPhone, iPad, laptop. Can't comment on how long a printer cartridge lasts. Haven't had it long enough.

In addition to being an excellent printer, it has the added feature of the ability to print DISC LABELS directly on printable CD/DVD's. This feature for me, was a must have!

It takes a few minutes to finish the setup but after the initial process printing and copying are straight forward from any smart device.

The printer works very good. I can’t really comment too much about because I’ve only had it for two weeks. So far, no problems with it!

I have had this All in One twice. It's a good machine, easy to use and doesn't take up a lot of space. These are important for my small office. However, they seem to quit working just about the time the extended warranty expires. That's about a two to three year lifetime. I renewed the same model because the size, etc were critical to me.

The black ink cartridge didn't last very long and is outrageously expensive!! Print quality is excellent.
