The finished photographic prints and text documents that this printer produces are all that I could hope for, but the software for scanning is often difficult to access on my older Mac Pro. Sometimes the software quits unexpectedly, and at other times fails to function at all. Several Epson software upgrades later, I've finally managed to make scans, (most of the time.) There are a lot of moving parts on this machine, and I'm not overly optimistic that they will continue to work flawlessly for an extended period of time. I have not had a paper jam yet, but dread the day one occurs because there is no readily apparent access to the interior of the machine to expedite clearing a jam. I wish that I had seen one of these machines in operation before I purchased one. Though I am very satisfied with the prints and scans it produces,, I would have liked to know more about what I perceive to be its shortcomings before making my purchase.

After being fed-up with my HP printer, I decided to give Epson a try. So far, so good. Speed is good. The colors on photo paper look pretty good, too.

SO far, this printer is overall good, especially for the price. Getting harder to find printers with separate color cartridges. Hate it when ONE has all the colors, as it is such a waste! Still pretty new to us, but I do like how this printer performs SO far!

Out of box and running in less than 15 minutes. Easy setup and great quality. Doubt I’ll ever use the CD/DVD tray but the other features are great.

Bought this as Epson had a great holiday price. Like the all in one features in a compact footprint which also prints wirelessly and with my cellphone as well. Easy to set up and worked as advertised out of the box. To soon to tell if individual color ink cartridges will be more economical than the combo cartridge that hp uses.

Big fan of Epson printers for years. Great print quality and easy to use. The versatility of this all in one printer is amazing. Seperate feeder for stock photo paper even prints on CD’s. Wireless printing from just about any device plus remote printing from almost anywhere.
Had a few set up issues initially but Epson support addressed them quickly and accurately.

I bought this printer more than a year ago and it was so good, I bought another for my mother last month. Printer produce high quality output quickly. I like that the printer is smaller, but still does a good job printing, scanning, and copying. Best of all operating cost is relatively low with affordable 410XL ink cartridges that lasted on average 10 months each.

As other reviews have stated this printer works as specified. The ink that comes with the printer is only good for about 30 printed pages. So be sure to buy a package of ink that lasts per Epson about 300-500 pages. Fairly easy to set up. Print quality looks very good. It is a very good printer for the sales price as most printers are nowadays. They all get you with the cost of INK.

This printer is a pretty good printer, very small in size and that's the main reason we purchased it. The size is partly an issue because I don't feel the components are as sturdy as a regular sized printer. It does a great job printing and it does everything that I want it to do, however I don't feel the same structural integrity that I do with my older big hunk of chunk printer.

Print quality is good, wireless features work great. I wish the tray held more paper. I haven’t tried printing on CDs yet but I like the option. Photos print with good quality also. I would have given this printer five stars it the printer held more paper and the ink was not so expensive .

I choose this printer because of its small footprint. Also, the ability to print duplex without manually turning the paper over. One great feature is that is it wireless. So, we don't have a bunch of wires connecting our computers to the printer. Can also print from phone or tablet. The ink cartridges are a reasonable price. Fast, quality machine for a smidgen of the price.

I was nervous at first...this was my first wireless printer...but it was so easy to set up and install. The directions walked me step by step and gave photo examples. I have had the printer for a few months and love it! I am still using the ink that came with the printer at time of purchase...haven't needed to buy more yet. The cost of replacement ink looks reasonable.

This is a nice printer. The photo quality is great. It is a little troublesome setting up and getting it to print at times. The paper trays seem to get in the way of each other. I haven't tried the scanner or the fax. Overall I would give it a 3.5...The craftsmanship could have been better. I am going to keep it though!

I am very surprised at well this printer works and how easy it was to setup on WiFi. The second paper tray (cartridge) for smaller photo paper is just awesome when you want to print from your phone in just a couple of clicks. The scanner does the job, photos look great. I have not had a chance to print on a CD/DVD yet.
My only concern is the motorized parts wearing out.

So far, seems like a good printer. Ink doesn't magically dissappear like on some HomePrinters...
Setup is fairly simple. Good features. No problems so far.
