This printer replaced one I’d had for several years (different brand), which died a slow death. So far this new Epson is great: quality printing, I especially like two-sided option. Scanning is good. Printer fits in small space. I needed a little set-up help from competent/patient tech support.

The install went well until I had to enter my password and didn't know how to switch between numbers and letters on the display. That should have been explained in the install instructions. I wish it wasn't black because it shows dust. I'm still not sure if I have the output tray installed correctly because I thought everything should be flat and open when being used and it doesn't.

Nice to be able to print from a cell phone. The one downside is it is hard to find ink for this printer.

Use this printer for personal use, as well as small business printing. Works well and gets the job done.

After a lot of research, replaced XP 800 with XP 830. At this price point, has all of the features we wanted and at a great sale price.

I have tried many All in One Printers but Epson has raised the bar with the XP-830. It has all the features and functions you could ask for as well as printing directly from your android or Apple phone with an app you can download. Quality of printing projects are of high quality. Definitely not disappointed at the price. Completely satisfied.

Great printer especially for the price. Does every function. Easy to follow set up. Goes thru ink quicker than other models, though.

This printer is very nice and low cost for home use or any small business.

For my money, this was a great buy. Fantastically easy to set up. Print quality is great. And did you know that it get its own email address? Print from anywhere in the world to this printer! The only downside so far is the ink consumption. It's a thirsty little beast, but if you like quality then this one is for you. Mongo happy.

This is my third Epson printer and i'm thoroughly happy with it. Easy to use and great color rendition.

I bought this on a pretty good sale to replace a three year old AIO that wasn’t always playing nice with AirPrint. This Epson was super easy to set up and has worked flawlessly. The print and scan quality are both very good though obviously not photo quality at this price point. Overall a good value and for an AIO has a pretty small footprint.

I was looking for a good printer that could double as a scanner and fax machine. This does the trick! Good printer, fairly fast.

I really like this printer. It's wifi capabilities work really well. Printing is fast and clear. Easy set up. This copier also prints on cd's which was a must for me. I looked at all the reviews and I am not disappointed in my choice.

We previously had an Epson printer, which broke down, so we went to Best Buy to try and find a good replacement. Since Consumer Reports had given the Epson XP-830 excellent ratings, we decided to go ahead and get another Epson. The XP-830 has proven to be a much better printer than our previous one (Epson XP-850). The only snag we have had is that sometimes when I print an envelope from the rear paper feed slot, the Microsoft Word program will then try to default to printing from that rear slot on the next document, even when I am just doing a regular 8-1/2 x 11 document. To make sure that doesn't happen, I always check the printer properties before doing a print job. We also had problems with the old Epson when we scanned documents, so we often had to turn off the printer or turn off both the computer and printer to reset everything and be able to scan documents again. This new Epson doesn't have that problem and it does a very good job on scanning.

Gets all my work done. The ink cartridge is easy to replace. I have not had one complaint over the year that I've had this for school that I've bought my relative one. It's compatible with all my wireless devices: tablets, cell phones, computer, and even my smart tv with the Bluetooth feature. Just download the app and you're all set.

I like way the printer looks. It was easy to connect to my phone ( note 9 ) , I did not need no third party apps to be able to print. However on my wifes Phone ( note 8) I needed to download the wisdom app to be able to print. The pictures do come out looking great.

Does everything I ever needed in an overall universal use printer. Most handy in creating CD/DVD cover labels and printing directly onto the disks themselves. Get the XL types of ink they last so much longer and with ease of installation. replaces my last Epson printer. Fax is very easy to manage, along with newer multiple copy and scan innovations.

PRINTER PRINTS VERY WELL TEXT AND PICTURES , SETUP WAS ACKWARD AND STILL CONFUSING TO PRINT ITEMS

Prints B&W and color with good quality. Scanning speed is a little slow. Easy set up. LCD Panel could be a little bigger, but functional. I like the fact the paper output tray retracts, but it feels a little flimsy. Have some concern about it breaking over time but so far so good.
