I owned my first Epson XP-830 for just under a year when it started having problems. Thankfully, it was still under warranty;. Unfortunately, I thought the ink cartridge was the problem, thus I invested in more cartridges before realizing the problem was with the printer itself. Since I had paid nearly $75 for all new ink cartridges, I replaced the nonfunctioning printer with the same model. I AM pleased with the quality of color print. It IS easy and intuitive to set up and use. My only complaint is the frequency and cost of ink cartridge replacement. If I hadn't already invested in new cartridges, I probably would have replaced the nonfunctioning printer with a different model.

Glad we went back to this model. Has what we need.

This is my first Epson printer and the little bit that I have used it, it appears to be very good and easy to use. Had a slight problem getting the fax to work, but that was no big deal for going back through the setup it was easy to get it working. The picture printing is very good and it prints fast.

Having never setup a printer with a computer before I found the instructions relatively easy to follow. My IMac didn't come with a cd drive so I had to download the printer info on my computer. I also am able to print from my IPad and phone. Still need to learn how to use the other features.

I have used Epson printers in the past but this is my first wireless - love the ease and quality of it!

Easy to use. Setup was a tad complicated, but their 800 number support was excellent and we got it going in no time.

I wasn’t able to see the actual unit before buying it, wasn’t on display. I don’t like the glossy parts of the printer’s body and I dislike the automatic movement of the parts, I believe if something goes wrong with the tray coming out to accommodate the printed page and the display which moves on an angle then the printer will be inoperable. The other thing I don’t like are the five cartridges, my old r340 epson had six ink cartridges and was printing beautiful pictures. This one prints ok but the saturation is a little different than the old one. Thin plastic and a little noisy. Otherwise it works well and I like the network feature. Primarily I wanted it for printing cds, and does a good job especially with very glossy printable surface. Overall for the price and features is a good buy.

The Epson XP-830 is a good printer for the price. Cost of ink for this printer and all other printers is pretty crazy. Epson is not highest priced for ink, somewhere in middle. Back to printer, pretty easy to set-up, prints above average photos. Printing from phone is nice. I am happy with this purchase !

I needed a printer that wouldnt be used frquently, wireless, and had color and photo without breaking the pocket book. The sales person at Bellevue, WA store was extremely helpful in finding the right printer. I purchased two and placed them in two remote locatins. Install and epson connect remote print is great

This printer produces clear prints within seconds.

Just needed a secondary printer for all-in-one light use = occasional color picture to print, even less occasional scan and the very rare fax. This one does it all well at a very reasonable price. Print quality is amazing, but will have to use it longer to decide on the value (pages vs ink capacity and cost).

Good solid printer. Replacement for a HP C410a Photosmart Premium. What I like about this printer -print speed and quality are ok (the C410a did a slightly better job) -on DRAFT Mode, printing seemed to perform as well as the C410a -smaller footprint than the C410a (lighter too) -Double-sided printing (have not yet tried DS copying / scanning) -setup was a little cumbersome (wifi) -multiple paper trays hold different sized papers at the same time, eliminating the need to take the paper out to change to a different size What I would improve -ink capacity -needed replacement a little sooner than expected (purchased backups) -availability of non-branded ink cartridges -letter size paper tray capacity is small compared to the C10a SUMMARY Good overall printing with the option of printing photos. Recommend for occasional printing

This is one great little printer! It was easy to set up and start using. Great printer for the price!

This printer is great. It took only a few minuets to set up and works munch better than my previous canon mx922 printer. Once connected to my home wifi network any of my connected devices can easy print wirelessly. The best part is their is not any useless software required to use the printer.

I had to replace an older Epsonprinter and bought this one...easy setup and love using this printer.

Easy setup. Easy to use. Convenient menu and easy-to-read screen. Print quality is great. Photos as part of articles print very clearly. Colors are true. Really like having separate color cartridges rather than 1 cartridge for all colors. Scanning and photocopying are easy, and the quality is very good.

works exactly like you'd expect it. its cheaper on ink than most others.

Needed a new scanner quickly and found this at bestbuy on a black Friday deal. Was able to scan all my documents fast. This printer was easy to setup with Wifi. Print documents fine. Haven't tried photo or full saturation yet.

First Epson I have owned. Easy to set up. I just had a little trouble at first on how to load paper. My problem. I do not print a lot, but I am very satisfied with this printer. Also like the fact I can buy black ink cartridges for $13.. Great deal.

Asked the salesman what they suggested. This was it. I love being able to print pictures straight from the phone.
