I would definitely recommend this printer to everyone. I'm happy with with everything that has come out of it, the only thing I wish someone would come up with, is one not so bulky but does all the same stuff and not so exspensive. Besides that I'm a very happy printer.

Really enjoying this all in one printer. I have scanned, copied, printed, and faxed with the unit already. I did not know that I was going to need a fax machine but some items needed to be signed and I faxed the documents and received them back the next day. Printer was east to setup took maybe 1

One of the best printers for the cost that I have owned!!

I found this printer very easy to set up. Now my wife can print from either her IPAD or IPHONE with ease. Had an HP before this but have found that HP has gone to one ink cartridge for all three of their color inks so if you run out of one color you have to replace all three colors. Seems like a waste of ink (and money)

Haven't tried to use all the features, but pleased so far.

I needed a cloud printer and am so happy I purchased this one. It was simple to set up and I have had no problems using it. I'm not a heavy printer so don't know how it would handle a lot of printing. The most I have done is 13 pages of a 15 page document and that was no problem. So happy with my purchase!

It was on sale and I feel I got my money’s worth. Is really a good printer. Prints great pictures. Fast and quiet. The only aggravating part is the ink that comes with it. Be smart and buy new ink right away. The yellow ran out after 1 picture.

I like that it was fairly easy to connect to wifi and set up wireless printing. 1 complaint is I have not been able to set up the automatic ink ordering due to connectivity problems. Interestingly enough I have had no trouble printing wirelessly.

We bought an XP-820 in the summer of 2015, approximately 3 years ago to the day. The printer worked well. We really appreciated the top feed scanner, the duplex printer capabilities, the 4x6 photo tray, the individual color cartridges - really all the features. We had several problems with streaking and lines on the page which we managed to fix several times with maintenance, but we still felt like the 820 used too much ink and the cartridge carriage got clogged which left us frustrated and wanting a new printer. The 820 finally died after we tried to clean the carriage out a second time. However, as I recently went shopping through all the options I realized that the Epson XP series is the only printer with all these features that we wanted - so, we committed to another one...hopefully this one doesn't have the maintenance challenges of the last.

This is my first time trying an Epson printer. I was always an HP gal. I owned the HP Envy All in One prior to the Epson. They are extremely similar, Epson is a little faster. Quality isn't as good i have found, but nothing that would make me return it for the HP.

I use the printer a lot for school, so this printer has definitely served me well

This all in one has all the feature of many more expensive units. It has both wired and wireless internet connections. Wired works better for the local computers and wireless for visitors. Has standard Paper tray (8-1./2 x 11 or 14) plus a tray for small photo paper. It also has a tray to print directly on cd's & DVD's.

Printer is great for home use. It is responsive, easy to install, and comparatively fast for a home-type printer. It is a little loud and (according to my computer's software) not optimized for my computer. I haven't noticed any problems, however.

Very easy to setup wireless functionality including mobile devices and prints directly to a printable DvD/CD discs as well as fax, print, copy, & scanner. It also automatically separate each item that are scanned at the same time. It's got every thing I need for an all-in-one printer that is so easy to use!

Bought primarily as a photo printer. Can be configured to print on photo paper Fromm front tray or back for straight through sheets. Change from one setup to another, especially if done infrequently, seems somewhat complicated. Ink use is reasonable. Print quality is excellent. High quality prints require drying time.

This product prints well but I do feel like I’m using more ink than in other printers I’ve used in the past. It also won’t let you print if some of the colors are low, even if you’re not using that color, so I don’t like that part about it.

I bought this printer to replace an HP. The printer has been working fine. The only thing I don't like about the printer paper drawer. It is a little hard to maneuver and go back in to the printer. Besides that the printer is fine and the quality of prints is 5 stars.

I have little space and this machine is compact. It does not skip on quality though. I am very happy with all of the features it supplies, but, I could not set it up myself and had to use customer support. It took 4 hours to get it up and useable wirelessly. They are very helpful and patient at customer support!

I can use my phone to print from anywhere... Quiet printer.... I haven't printed pics yet.
