I love this Epson FastFoto! It is easy to set up and use. The scanner is done scanning and restoring new photos before I can even get 1/4 of my photos out of my photo albums. Great quality.

Work very good. Work at fast speed with lower resolution to make scanning doc quick and easy. Also can run scanner slower to get better resolution. Worked perfectly for me so far. I used it directly hooked up to mac and achieve quick speeds for scanning. The UI app to run scanner works well but app is not the pretty or intuitive as you expect from an app. But the app does job. Box received from Best Buy good condition. Overall very happy.

I was hesitant to scan photos myself as my past experience with any scanner was not good. This scanner is fantastic. The photos are clear and the scan time fast. There is even an option to correct older photos that are faded and keep both .It also will scan the back of a picture if there is writing on it . This helps identify year and event if written on the back .Polaroids are clear as well and there is a special setting for them so that they scan through . I highly recommend this scanner. I have not used it for documents yet but plan to at some point.

Easy to use and does a great job of scanning and improving the old pictures. Canned 2,000 photos in the 1st week. It was a bit pricey and software looks a little out dated but you can’t argue with the results

Obsessed with this. So fast and the flexible sizing is great. I wasn't able to get it to connect wirelessly, but the cabled connection has been fine for the last two weeks. I think it's worth paying more upfront if you're scanning a large archive or using it over a longer period of time.

Fast and produces very high quality scans right to your computer. I've scanned over 2000 photos and there was only 1 photo it refused to scan; it was too thick. I've scanned stacks of photos at once with never a jam. And the quality is great. There are internet reviews that quibble that it is not quite up to the standards of other scanners, but those scanners cost many times more, and I doubt anyone could really tell the difference between this scanner and others.

I was wanting something to scan all of my photos, including some very old ones I found. I was looking for something that would handle photos of different sizes, including very small ones. I am just getting started, but so far this scanner is working great! The pictures look awesome! And it is very quick! You can place a stack of photos in it and it takes about a second per photo to scan. It comes with one photo sleeve to use for those smaller photos and some of the more delicate ones. I know I will need more sleeves eventually so I checked on them and they are kind of pricey. And so is this scanner. But it is worth it to me to save all our precious photos/memories.

The Epson FastFoto FF-680w is EXCELLENT. It's easy to set up and operate. It's fast and quiet, and most importantly, it does a great job of digitizing you photos. The software is good too. If you're like me and have a ton of old family photos tucked away in photo books, boxes, envelopes etc. etc. you will really appreciate what this device can do. I've scanned over 6,000 photos so far and the product has performed flawlessly. Just be advised that you can't scan polaroids. They're too thick to go through the auto scanner feed. I believe that if you follow the instructions, you'll be very happy with this product.

This thing is fast. I have many hundreds of family photos I wanted to scan. My document scanner would have taken forever. I can load up 20 or 30 photos at a time and hit the scan button. Literally less than a minute they are scanned and uploaded to my Google Drive account. Quality looks great to me. It has a feature where it enhances colors as you scan if you want to. I've found that works great too. The only complaint I have is the picture go to Google Drive and not Google Photo. I have to transfer to Google Photo manually.

My problem has been answered... Excellent scanner was able to scan multiple binders of 1000s of photos in a reasonable time. now i have all my photos on an external hard drive so i can share with whoever i want. Digital technology for my past photos that were not digital.

Having a massive project archiving decades of photographs the Epson - FastFoto FF-680W Wireless Photo and Document Duplex Scanner proved and excellent choice to complete my project. I have operated scanners for decades and could not imagine doing all of these photos manually. Excellent because it is Fast, Great Software and a Small Footprint! I would prefer a little more flexibility in the naming convention setup. Many photos I do not have dates for and I do not want to guess. I have those photos in a "Misc" folder. I have a bulk renaming utility that I could use at a later date to clean those up -- so I am set!

We have tons of family photos that we wanted to digitize but we were concerned about using a service as we didn't want the photos to possibly get lost or damaged. After researching different products, we decided on this Epson scanner. Although it's a bit more than we were initially wanting to spend, it really has been well worth it. We love the automatic feeder! It scans the pictures quickly without compromising on quality. It also has a feature that you can select to improve the image quality. Some of the images come out looking better than the original photo scanned. Great purchase so far! No issues.

Very fast scanner. It is very convenient and easy to use. Would be 5 stars but I did have a couple issues. It does leave scratches on some photos. Sometimes when scanning multiple photos it will freeze and I lose the photos I scanned and I have to rescan. Also when uploading to Google photos they do not seem to upload in order and if I scanned front and back the photos aren't next to each other. Besides that I have scanned a lot of photos and been happy with the results.

This scanner is easy to use, sorts the photos you scan very easily and is fast when you have a group of photos. The two things that don't make it a 5 star is it was hard to set it up with the computer and it doesn't scan a stack of 3 1/2 by 5 photos.

There are a lot of stories on social media that promote using your phone for digitizing photos and they do work, but if you are organizing a ton of old photos, you will be there for ever. This scanner is pretty fast compared. It work fairly well with most photos, although if you have some with old tape on them it sometimes has a hard time, but that is rare. I would defiantly recommend it if you have a lot of photos to scan.
