Could be very happy with it. Ultimately ended up purchasing the epson 5040ub for the superior lens and added features, but it is much more expensive. Really can't go wrong with this from a price/performance ratio.

We have had this projector for 9 months and it has functioned without any problems. The 4000 did have better picture with better blacks but this one is very solid and dependable so far.

Beautiful in the dark, clear and bright with all the windows open in daylight. Even with lights on, this projector pushes through! Crystal clear picture, great color and contrast. This is the very best midrange projector at 1080p bar none!

For the price point it is fantastic and Epson has a great reputation for quality and durability to go with it.

We replace an 80” tv with it and are projecting a 120” picture. We use it every day for movies and Xbox games and the whole family enjoys it! It is in a room with natural light coming in and 99% of the time the picture is bright and clear.

It was easy to set up and adjust the screen size. Using on a 110" screen. Mounting was easy, leveling the mount has been a little tricky. Overall 10/10, great purchase and very pleased with the projector.
