Projecting in a light controlled basement on a 135 inch Silver Ticket screen from Amazon. The picture is crisp and bright and 4K sources look awesome! Great value for money with this projector. The motorized zoom and lens shift makes setup after mounting very simple and easy. 3D blu-rays looks great and are more immersive than our LED TV. Over great projector!

He is the bottom line If you wanna save 7to8 hundred dollars from the price of the 5050ub.its worth it.cons only 1 port will play 4k media.will not play 4k uhd from hbo max and hbo max does not offer those movies in just hd.also if you have bought 4kuhd movies on vudu it will only play at hd.roku player does not recognize any higher than 1080p hdr.pros.picture quality is 8 out a 10.almost all streaming apps play no higher than 1080p hdr and this is where this projector excells.i had a lg810 laser and you can barely tell the difference.also it does verry well with ambient lighting in the backround.

This is my first projector for the Home Theater! Very crisp and solid picture quality. Very bright even with bright light.
EPSON projectors are best. Not going with anyone else for future projects.
Very huge and holds with the ceiling stand pretty well.

I am upgrading from a 1080p Epson 3020 and the first thing I noticed (other than how much bigger it is) was how quiet the fan is. I have a dark room so I can keep it on eco mode and the fan is hardly noticeable. This is one of the few ways to still watch 3D blu ray movies and it is also 4k. My 120 inch screen is off center and the image slides over without much distortion. It didn’t come with glasses and they are not easy to find, but I still give it 5 stars because it does a great job. There is not much lag for gaming which is often overlooked in projectors.

This is my second one. The first was in my theater room and helped sell my last home. The picture is crystal clear. The only minor issue is the fan noise and the bulb generates a lot of heat. If you have surround sound on you won’t notice it.

Picture is great and love the automatic lens shift. No speaker inside so you have to have a receiver but great otherwise. This thing is very big though and the fan can be distracting but you zone out and forget about it plus if you have a projector you have a theater system so crank it up lol

I recently purchased this Epson 4010 4K enhanced with 3D model projector for our movie room. I had really wanted the latest SONY 295 model 4K native projector with 3D, but since I was looking at a price tag of $4999.99 I thought I would evaluate this model instead. Yes there are others but after I purchased this from Best Buy locally I was really impressed with this model. I have not used this enough to really give it a fair reviews yet, but from streaming 4K content from YouTube using my XBOX ONE S it really does make a huge difference over my previous Epson 2030 1080P 3D projector.
I have it projecting onto a 108 inch diagonal measured pull down projector screen made by Projecta. It was my previous projector screen I had in place when I was using it with my Epson 2030 1080P 3D projector. I plan on replacing the projector screen, but my projector is here to stay for now.
If anyone has the $4,999 cash laying around give a look at the Sony model 295. Its true 4K native and 3D.
I paid $1,799 for my Epson 4010 4K enchanced 3D projector

Our household loves to watch movies and even better are those exciting, nail biting football games and the Epson Home Cinema 4010 4K Pro-UHD Projector brings all the excitement really close and personal. I think everyone should have an Epson Home Cinema for movie night or game night. Check this out at your favorite Best Buy store and don't forget about the holidays are just around the corner.

This 4010 projector is awesome. I updated from a home cinemas 2150 & everything about the 4010 is perfect. The quality that it gets during the day is awesome & even better at night. I had issues at first when I go it because I couldn’t figure out why I couldn’t get sound but I just needed a few things to fix the issue. I do wish the projector had audio included instead of having to connect to speakers. The projector is big but it’s an awesome projector. Hopefully epson can work on the audio part because I would hate to carry speakers to a movie night or a small gathering. Don’t get me wrong but it’s an awesome projector & very happy with the big upgrade.

I love this thing. The projector itself is pretty big. So you can’t hide it in the room unless it’s mounted on the ceiling. Picture is great in low lighting but not so great in regular lighting.

Beginner to the projection world. I purchased an optima 4k upscale but the settings were to vague. You can dial this one in to what it needs to be. Great picture, great quality and quiet.
