Great little projector

Our first projector, and something we've been wanting to pull the trigger on. For the price, I think it does a great job. I love that it has a USB port on the back of it because I can now plug my Roku Streaming Stick in and have it all right there, just one power cord going to the projector and I'm done.
Do pay attention to its resolution, friends. It's not even 480p. But I'll tell you that hasn't mattered to me in the least. My family loves the projector and I don't mind the lacking quality one bit.
As far as sound quality goes, it's about what you'd expect from a a speaker of this size. Very tinny, sometimes clipping if you have a show on that has loud sounds/dialog.The options for external sound are limited, just RCA jacks for L/R audio. I wish it had the ability to even pair to a bluetooth speaker - that would have been great. My plan for now is to use Roku's private streaming via its app to pipe the sound to my phone, then to a bluetooth speaker paired to the phone. Should work! :)

not very impressed with the video quality of this, but it is VGA 800x600 and the screen is 4:3, like the old Tube TV's. Also, there is only one HDMI input and no audio out jack...so you are stuck with the 2 watt speaker that is built in....which sounds ok, but not that great and if you want to watch a movie it just doesn't cut it. You should probably spend the extra money and get the better models instead of this one if you plan to use it a lot. It is great for kids movies and presentations though. The 3LCD technology is very bright and will display a clear bright picture in a lighted room.

Using this for projecting computer screen works great. As far as home theater its a solid projector. It does have the HDMI and the digital optical inputs for video and sound which is a great thing, I was able to watch DirecTV in 1080p on this projector and the image quality was really good. I watched Apple TV and it connected at 1080p as well. Very quiet and does not run hot. Remote is a bit small with tiny buttons that is the only reason I gave this unit a 4, but definitely a solid projector.

Bought this for my daughter for Christmas. She loves it and uses it instead of a tv.
Only issue is the sound/very limited volume. Use an add on component speaker if you want to hear the sound, unless you're sitting right next to it. Otherwise, a great product.
