Great projector- took 2 orders. Terrible shipping TWICE!! Got a bad projector first time I ordered. Shipped in original Epson box that was wide open when it came. 2 peices of Stryofoam only protecting the unit. It had a bad motorized lens cover straight out of the box. ( see numerous reviews online about this defect- bad design) Replacement projector came packaged the same way- one box, open tape!!! Terrible. Customer service did not follow thru with my replacement- they dropped the ball. Had to go to my local Best Buy to resolve the replacement. The projector looks great however, if you get a good one.

Great quality picture; real theater feel. I’m not a techie and even I can operate this one. Good price for the high quality product. The installers were the best part. They were knowledgeable and efficient And really nice people.

I’ve been using the Epson LS11000 for a month and it’s been fantastic. The picture quality is sharp, colors are vibrant, and HDR content looks amazing. Setup was easy, and the motorized lens adjustments made it simple to get the image just right. It’s bright enough even with some ambient light, and the laser light source gives me confidence it will last for years. Overall, an excellent projector that delivers a true home theater experience.

One of the best project I bought so far, I bought a short throw projector, which was not satisfied with the clarity, this one has better clarity , I like the laser projector, I enjoy the movies with this projector

This is an excellent projector for rooms with moderate light control. The colors pop off the screen, and the 20,000 life span is ample. It's heavy, so you may want to consider a shelf vs a ceiling mount. The mount I purchased sags over time no matter how much I tighten the screws. The black levels are good, if not great. The only things that I wish this projector did is automatically adjust HDR, and support native 4k. This the reason for the 4 star rating. The picture is fantastic, but could be slightly more crisp.

Yes. It is big. If you have a small space you may want to look at the measurements and weight carefully. Online it looks similar to my previous Epson projector so I was expecting it to be similar-sized - or maybe a little bigger. The projector is 28 lbs and 20" wide. For me, however, it was not a problem as my setup can accompate this beast just fine. Overall I'm happy with the performance. The setup process is fantastic you use the remote for most adjustments (as opposed to a manual ring and buttons on the projector) I can really dail in the focus, zoom and other position settings. Out of the box, the color settings were too bright for my taste, I choose some other setting (standard?) and that seems more life-like.

Upgraded from a optima 4k upscale to the laser and the quality difference is unbelievable for blacks

I use with apple tv and its perfect quality be sure to search youtube on how to properly set up for apple tv once i did that it is movie theater quality picture with great blacks AND still looks great with the lights on

It is an excellent product for home theater. Easy maintenance and excellent quality.

The projector has an amazingly bright picture. The instructions for getting through installation were not user friendly. I had to call support to get through them. The projector is noisier that my previous one (JVC). The lack of a Toslink connector is a disappointment for a projector of this price.

Best projector at its price point. I’ve been waiting to upgrade my projector until a 4K 120hz projector came out. No other projector can match the value for these features. Really enjoying it as an upgrade to the Epson Home Cinema 4000. Substantial difference in contrast and black levels.

Bought this one to replace a 10 year old Epson 5030 which had developed a vertical green line on the display. Due to lack of parts it was not repairable so I went with the ls11000. Great picture, with a 4k signal you can see every pimple on the actor’s face (maybe I’ll go back to 1080 for some shows). Some still refer to the Epson 4k projector as a faux-k due to pixel shifting, but it appears that the full 4k information is displayed. Switching the input from 1080p to 4k/60 HDR shows a much more detailed picture, so I’m pleased to get such a great picture for under $4k.

I installed two projectors. The Sony that cost $2K more and felt this Epson was much better. Epson has the self closing lens cap. It had keystoning. Took the Sony back and got the Epson with mo regrets. Both had great picture quality but Epson had more bang gor the money. I will never go without Keystoning again. I have had projects with it and without it and not sure why they even make them without. Fits my screen perfectly.

Liked it so far. It works great on my 150 acoustics screen. Cost effective.., great quality, nice integration for my setup. Loving it

I've owned projectors for the last 10 years. This is worth the money. The quality and ease of setup are tops. Not having to have your picture start dulling the day you get it because of the laser is 100% worth it. Just do it. You know you want to.
