This is a great flatbed scanner that I use for scanning photos as well as documents. It works well within my Family Tree Maker program and Microsoft programs. The combining scans feature is so nice and easy as is the categorizing and naming scans. The scan quality is excellent.

I bought this as an emergency as my printer/scanner died. And i was thrilled with how it works. Its easy to start with. Its works great and its hardy. Had to scan a bunch of pictures in a short amount of time. Older pictures look pretty good.

Its a little clunky qnd outdated, and the software downloaded on my MacBook was a little confusing but it works good. Gets the job done with no fuss. Would recommend.

I don't like the small feed-through scanners, so this is a good alternative. This scanner runs off USB power and is very light & portable. The included software is not compatible with my mac, but the normal apple scanning software that came with the computer works just fine. The stand is awfully flimsy, but I don't use it. I'm happy with the purchase.

Does the job I need it to do. I sketch and the scan the image so I can save it for later to use to create other art later. It is noisy and rather slow but does the job.

This is very easy to use and doesn't take up much space. It's great for occasional scanning of single sheets. It takes about 20 seconds to scan one page. I only use it for text documents (it scans those clearly), so I can't speak for images. That said, it's definitely not for someone who has to scan many pages at once, or someone who needs to scan documents into many separate files at once. I need to do that due to COVID-19 lockdowns, so I wish I would have spent an extra $100 to get a multi-page scanner.

The product was really good when I was able to make it work. It runs on USB power and very easy but the issue is, I had a very hard time trying to get past the firewall because it needs some read write access to the windows. I was able to scan may be 4 or 5 documents before I have to redo the installation all over again. So if you can figure out the setup, it is worth it.

I needed a scanner to scan old photos. I didn't need a printer just a scanner.I went into the store just looking for something to do that. This was one of the least expensive scanners but had the best resolution, so I went with it, didn't read any reviews ahead of time. Easy to use. I'm happy with my purchase!

The Epson Perfection V39 is modestly priced, compact, and very light weight. It offers excellent scanning even when placed down onto an object that needs to be scanned overhead. I am very pleased with it.

Scanner is good. Software needs further improvement. Documents scan well photo scanning is mediocre.

This scanner was priced right and works like a charm. My family has been putting an Album together on Facebook of old family photo's and the scanner made it so easy. It's light weight, easy to move and store and is just what I needed.

Though not as versatile as my previous flatbed scanner, this one was very easy to install and use in a time sensitive situation. And the reasonable price was also an important factor for something I needed to get on short notice.

I love this scanner. I had an older version about three times the size. Works great on auto and converting to pdf. Takes up very little room with the vertical position. Easy setup and programs.

I inherited 3 generations of pictures from not only my family, but my husbands family. It occurred to me that the only way these pictures would bebofvvaluevto future generations was to scan them, use photo correcting and enhancing software. This Eason flatbed scanner is just the tool to tackle this daunting task. The ability to scan multiple pictures at once is especially helpful. I am very impressed with the quality of the scans and the ease of creating files. I highly recommend this reasonably priced, qu as kitty scanner.

Purchased this scanner for scanning all the personal documents and does the job well. Use it with Mac Book Pro with absolute ease. Large amount of options to get the best scan possible. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a scanner for personal use.

I needed to have photos scanned at 1200 dpi for a book publication, and my home scanner only went to 300 dpi. So this was a cost-effective way to get just what I needed. It did a good job. The only issue was that on the Epson program on my computer, some of the commands were not visible and I had to click blindly into the spot where the command was located to preview and to scan.

Easy to set up and good scanner for small jobs like individual photos and singular documents.

Looking for an inexpensive at-home scanner, purchased this after reading specs. Overall excellent scanner producing excellent images at 600 dpi. Easy to use if you need it be; installed software has different user levels so one can finetune for each individual user. Scanner gets power through the USB port, so no AC outlet required. It is lightweight, so I can set up the scanner whenever I need it in seconds. One basically just plugs it in and opens the software and it's ready.

I was looking for something that would be small enough that I could use while sitting on the sofa to scan photos yet something that was portable and I could travel with. It also scans larger docs (8x10) which is also convenient -its just so much easier to use then my comb printer/scanner
