Then I ordered another of the same model, same thing. I even upgraded my operating system, checked the privacy/security, nothing. I would not reccomend this model.

Will not work with Mac

It wouldn’t even power up with any of the several different adapters. I took it to the geek desk and they could not get it to work either so I returned it.

I would definitely recommend it for anyone in graphic design or just scanning family photos.
