works ok but i can't learn all uses

The Scanner works! And IT does a fine job. BUT, the included software, instead of "going forward", regressed to a childish approach. What used to take two or three "clicks" now takes many, many more and you HAVE to look closely to do a very simply task - SAVING THE SCAN TO THE FOLDER that YOU WANT TO USE! NOT one pre-selected by Epson!

Good scanner for pictures and negatives

I am writing Epson a complaint letter. This scanner was advertised to work with Windows 10 but without Geek Squad help I would have had to return the scanner.
