The picture is wonderful, but it produces a lot of heat

We use this for outdoor movies on the deck. The picture is crisp and bright with good colors on a seven foot screen. The speaker is loud enough when used inside and stereo is not needed. Projector also very good for gaming with friends.

We all love this it replaced an old one, we have it projecting on the wall because the picture is bigger than the old screen. Great picture just like being in the movie. Can't say enough good things, I would buy another for a different room.

Bought this to use for business presentations. Resolution is a little funky for syncing to an older MacBook but works well aside from that.

After an one month purchasing this I upgraded to Epson 5030UB. Epson 5030UB gives me everything I want! But expensive. If you are not really crazy about home theater go for 730hd. It doesn't have lens shift which you will need to adjust the image square shape by using Keystone. But still you will see a gray color border around the playing area. Annoying thing is that, its not a rectangle or square shape. It's a trapezoid. To get rid of this you need to place the projector at the right in front of the center of the screen which something I couldn't settled with. Lens shift feature in 5030UB comes handy to solve this. 730hd is light weight and works great if you are not too concerned about the above issue. But remember you have 30% restock fee in BestBuy. Do research before buy. Unfortunately 730hd I bought couldn't even rerun after 15 days. I went there on the 30th day and they refused to take it back. I had to sell it personally for less price. Please be sure to do the research before buy.

Seems like a great product to have for my home. I don' feel I should have to type a minimum

Used it for a month. No bad experiences so far. Default mode is noisy, but it can be brought down by tweaking the screen settings.

We wanted to find a nice clear projector, after some searching we came across this one and we are very happy with it.

This product is excellent. Good for my small class at the church. Students like it.

I bought the "Bose® - CineMate? GS Series II Digital Home Theater Speaker System" and the "Bose® - UFS-20 Univeral Floorstands" along with it. Together they worked like charm, took 15 min to set all things up, and had a blast watching the movies. The picture quality is good, even the dark light was good with resolution.

Only thing I'd prefer is a direct plug in for cable. But love it still!

I bought this projector for my media room and it is working out pretty good for my 80" screen. The video quality is really good and you wont realize that it is 720p . The other advantage is that the projector is for 600$ and the replacement lamps is around 100$ , so it is a very economical (low running cost) big screen entertainment. One thing to note is that there is a slight flickering sound made by the iris, which might sometimes get your attention, but with a good quality speaker systems, it gets dulled out. The default projector speaker are small and shreaky (and this is the case with any projector) , so this souldnt be a criteria for selecting any projector.
