I am very impressed with the quality of the picture thus far especially the 4k shows on Netflix!

Really Professional and Understand Customer Needs

They understand exactly what the customer needs. The inly reason for the four stars is due to some schedule confusion/issues on their end which caused a delay in our installation.

This is our first projector but reading some of the reviews I would have to say we are super satisfied with our purchase. We have it set up on 120 inch screen with in wall surround sound.

The mount is not adjustable

Sadly i had to return this product as it didnt fit for me. I switched to another Epson 4K projector with a universal mount.

It KEEPS shutting itself off!!!!

This is a $2,500 projector and it keeps shutting itself off while watching it. I watched a basketball game and it shut down 6 times. MALFUNCTION!!!!

Very bad quality - I don’t recommend this at all

Also tried with 120” and 135” screens. Nothing impressed me .. video quality was very bad . It was okay with closed shots but very bad with others. I really surprised about this poor quality from this projector. I’m disappointed with the huge restocking fee charged when I returned this bad product.

Did my research and this is it!

I’m one that will read multiple reviews and go see everything I can before purchasing. I usually don’t buy the most expensive and I don’t buy the cheapest. I try to find something that will fit what I need for the right price. If it is the most expensive then so be it but it usually isn’t. This projector is great. We put up a 150” screen and the picture is sharp, colors are good and it did everything we needed. My son plays his PS4 on it and it projects that just fine as well. For the price this is everything you would need.
