I got this projector for my small office. It was in a good price range, and had most of the features that I was looking for. I dont work for a huge company and we just wanted something small to use for our monthly meetings.
The projector came packaged very well. The projector looks like, well, a projector. Not a lot of fancy design or anything like that. But very functional and a fairly small forma factor.
The projector was very easy to set up. IT has all the basic connections that you would need. HDMI, VGA, rca audio and video cables. So you will be set for plugging pretty much anything into this projector. I used it with my laptop and a regular HDMI cable. I shot the projector on the wall, turned on my laptop and that was it. The projector found the input I was using, seemed to auto-adjust itself for the angle I was to the wall and the picture looked crisp and clear and perfect square even though I was shooting up from a table onto a wall. I like that its pretty much plug and play. Nothing worse than calling a meeting and you have everyone sitting there and you have to fumble around with a projector to get it to work and get the settings right.
If you do need to make any adjustments, you are able to through the menu as far as setting the brightness and color adjustments as well as the shape and size of the picture.
I found the brightness of this projector to be more than we needed. We were in a conference room with overhead lights on and was still able to clearly see everything that was being projected on the wall.
If I had one complaint it would be that its not a 1080p projector, but I guess for most office settings, 720 would be acceptable.
Overall, I think this is a great projector and would be a great addition to any office. I would have no problem recommending it!

It was one of my better Best Buy purchases simply because it covers my whole living room wall and is great for movie night with the family and friends. Works perfect for gaming although connecting a sound bar is not possible without a fire stick TV.

Needed a projector for an outdoor event and after looking at all the choices and weighing cost versus capabilities, we chose this projector. It worked perfectly and could have not provided the entertainment that was enjoyed by all without it.

I use this in my home theater. Everyone is impressed and I believe I’ve even sold a couple of friends on it. If you have the room you can get a larger than 75 inch picture for under $1000

If you don’t want to pay for the more expensive 1080p Full HD model, and are content with a 720p HD model, than this projector is excellent. The brightness and colors are very similar to the more expensive models. The main difference is the higher resolution and additional wireless connection features between this and the more expensive models. However, if your main intention is to use this projector within the office, it will display all types of documents, presentations, and videos in outstanding visual quality.
Even though the native resolution is 1280 x 800 (WXGA), it can display all types of resolutions. Meaning, if your input source is a computer with a resolution of 1920 x 1080, the projector will auto-adjust the resolution and project your computer’s screen exactly how you see it on the computer. The same holds true for movies being played through a HDMI source, or images being projected from your phone to the projector.
In reference to the latter point, Epson built a nice feature into its wireless direct connection process. The simplest way to connect wirelessly to the projector is to press the LAN button on the projector to display a very large QR Code on the screen/wall. Then you download their iProjector App on your Andriod or iPhone, and use the app to scan the projected QR Code. A wireless connection is automatically made between your phone and the projector.
However, there are some limitations to the wireless direct connection process. Since your phone/device is using its WiFi connection to communicate with the projector, you won’t be able to connect to the internet if you depend on the phone’s WiFi for internet access. But if you are using your cellular’s data connection for internet, you will be able to simultaneously use the internet and wirelessly connect to the projector. Another similar limitation involves connecting your computer using the direct connection feature. If you activate the direct connection feature on the projector, then connect your laptop directly to the projector, you won’t be able to connect to the internet using your laptop’s WiFi connection. In order to maintain an internet connection, the projector will need to join your office’s local network. This usually involves having IT connect it for you and enter the wireless password/key. It’s a standard process, and the benefits are you’ll be able to see the projector on your network and connect to it wirelessly while maintaining a connection to the internet. One final though about wirelessly connecting through your office’s Local Area Network (LAN). The connection is not that fast. Essentially, don’t plan on playing movies using this method of connection. The bandwidth is not very high, and the video will not be smooth. If that is your intention anyways, a direct cable connection is always your best option. However, if your projecting standard work material, such as documents and slides, the wireless projection works perfectly.
Overall, this projector is very capable of providing a great display. Epson’s 3LCD technology produces exceptionally bright images and good color. Other perks include the ability to project multiple sources at once, and easy adjustments for focus and image size. I also own the compact version of this model. The smaller model costs more because it’s lighter and not as tall (about 1.5 inches versus this units 3.5 inches), but this model is still compact enough to carry around in the provided carrying case. If you don’t think you’ll be affected by some of the projector’s limitations, then this model will not disappoint.

Good brightness even in a bright room. Throws a pretty long distance. Much quieter than my old Epson and doesn't seem to get nearly as hot as my old Epson.

The set up was easy, connect to the computer, or other source through HDMI, VGA, or mobile device via MHL or wirelessly which was really convenient and has an app available.
The picture quality, color and brightness was great, and with so many ways to connect you can watch videos, game, do presentations, view pics, etc. all with one device. Also convenient for working and having multiple laptops connected to the projector for presentations.
Projector is very lightweight which makes it very portable. Clarity and brightness are fantastic, but I noticed the audio leaves something to be desired, but its good enough for meetings and work use.

At times I provide leadership training and need a reliable projector that is easily transported. I remember a decade or two ago projectors being the size of suitcases and weighed a ton. Technology has come a long way and there are many decent solutions that are relatively smaller and light weight. I have owned a couple of Epson projectors in the past. I’ve always been impressed with the features, quality and price.
The core features of this projector are perfect for business use but and be equally suitable for entertainment purposes. Whether it’s a Powerpoint presentation or a wide format movie or game console output the Pro EX7260 is a great solution with one caveat. The speaker output is fairly weak and you should use external speakers if you are using the projector for entertainment purposes.
The EX7260 weighs in at 5 ½ lbs and is just under 12” x 10” x 3 ½” so its very luggable. It comes with a decent soft case but I opt for an extra purchase of a Pelican type waterproof, padded hard case.
Image specs are:
• Native aspect ratio format is 16:10 but is also capable of 4:3 and 16:9
• Native resolution is 1280 x 800 but can resize to other resolutions
• Projected image distance is from 33” to 320”
• 3600 lumen brightness
• 15000:1 contrast ratio
• Projection can be from the front, rear or ceiling mount.
What I love the most is the multiple video input methods:
• HDMI
• VGA
• S-Video
• Composite (RCA)
• USB (for streaming type devices like Chromecast or FireStick)
• Wireless LAN
The biggest feature that drew me to this model is the wireless LAN input for tablets or smartphones. You simply download the Epson iProjection app from the appropriate app store. Setup is pretty simple. Once wireless LAN has been selected on the projector it will display a QR code on the projected surface. Start the iProjection app and select the QR Code Connection box in the app and then scan the QR code. Once connected there are a few selections on how you are going to use your paired device. You can select videos, pictures, PDFs, etc or you can share your screen which is perfect for doing Powerpoint or streaming videos. I’ve gotten into the habit of saving my Powerpoint presentations into PDF so they are more universally compatible and work equally well from a phone or tablet.
There are higher resolution projectors available but for a solid business solution with capability for movies and gaming it will be hard to beat this for the price. Throw in the added bonus of wireless connectivity that will allow presentations from untethered tablets or smartphones you have a winner.

Pay another $60 for the next model up and you'll enjoy Wifi, slimmer body of projector and higher resolution. But this one does deliver everything listed on the spec's and did great in our conferences.

I have been able to test the Android, Chrome OS and Windows functionality of this projector.
HDMI - Windows testing was sharp and quick response, no delay whatsoever in the image projecting. Could not test with Chrome OS nor Android due to my hardware limitation. For fun, it works really well with gaming systems. A little bug I ran into, on the Windows side you have to un-mute the speaker for some odd reason. It may be just my install of Windows, but it tripped me up for a few seconds until I went thru the advanced settings of the audio device. (Right click Volume in taskbar in lower right, Playback Devices | Right click Epson | Properties | Levels tab. Un-mute it then test the audio to make sure it works.)
Wi-Fi - Direct connect works much quicker than over and established network depending on network speed, access point, etc. The only issue with direct connect is there is no internet access if sharing a document or video stored online. The QR code makes quick connecting easy from a cell phone.
USB (A and B) - Both worked surprisingly well. The Epson driver needs to be installed for it to work flawlessly.
RCA jacks - I did not test this, I did not have hardware available to test with.
Temp - As expected, this will generate a good deal of heat.
Brightness - The brightness is very impressive, even in a well lit room, there was no need to turn off the lights.
Sound - Pretty decent, but if planning to burn some time watching Netflix, maybe hookup a speaker to your pc/laptop. It works pretty well hooked up to gaming devices as I mentioned.
MHL - No device to test this out, need a dongle.
Apps - Chrome OS and Android connect over Wi-Fi. It works well, but you would be better served if you can connect directly with a cable. See my comments on Wi-Fi connect earlier. The app does a really nice job as a secondary remote.
This is really a fantastic projector with good brightness and sharp color. For the size and its power it is very portable. I would recommend picking up a hard case, just my personal preference.
As a side note, make sure you allow it to cool after powering it down. The bag really has very little ventilation, and the projector will stay hot. As I mentioned, it kicks out some pretty impressive heat.
