I received the RR-600W scanner and it arrived very well packaged, I used it for less than a week and I already scanned several receipts and documents that I had in disorder. And it was very easy to configure it is small it fits well on my desktop. The scanner has made my work days easier with my receipts and documents since I work from home because I have a small company and the scanner is my main work tool. The resolution is fabulous and the speed and it can also be scanned from your smartphone and computer quickly and easily. Bought this to do a lot of scanning at my office as I am trying to convert 30 years of files into digital and reduce the need for paper storage. It is extremely easy to use and scans all documents easily as well as receipts and even pictures! I was surprised by how small it is and what little room it takes up on my desk. Definitely the best purchase I could have made for scanning!

Fast and easy to use. I love this scanner for my home office. Its super fast and the interface software is pretty good and simple. It has greatly reduce scanning time and makes it quick to scan legal size paper to long receipts. The install was easy but it's use on wifi was not working for me. Its near my computer so I just use a usb port.

Excellent scanner with very few glitches for our small business. We switched software for our veterinary practice to a cloud based system which means scanning over a thousand sets of medical records. It has a high page capacity and is very fast. The only problem was our ultrasounds come printed on thicker paper with a plastic sleeve with the U/S picture and it rejects it. Just discovered contrary to reviews and it’s own promo on printing photos it does a great job scanning the ultrasound prints. There is also a function if it does have an issue where you can start the scan job again and make sure it’s in the correct order. Using it at one computer station so can’t comment on the wireless aspect but this is a perfect and incredibly useful tool for our office. Once all our records are scanned it may be overkill but by then I’ll have our staff used to using the excellent receipt scanner aspect which i just tried out and it’s a winner with that as well! Who would have thought staff would smile at the thought of scanning?

Love it!! I got sick of keeping old tax documents, receipts, and other records around in a file cabinet that was taking up too much space. But you don't want to get rid of the records either, just in case if you need them again. After doing a bunch of research, I settled on this admittedly expensive beast. But holy cow!! I scanned and cataloged over 1,000 documents in one day using this machine. And scanning was lightening-fast nearly flawless, with only having to make minor adjustments on a few older docs, and removing staples on others. But it prevented double-feeds & misfeeds, even on documents that were old and wrinkled. It even tore through all of my receipts, and by using a bit of machine learning, it managed to 'learn' what stores I frequently go to, and scanned everything correctly into a spreadsheet after making initial adjustments. It'll even scan ID cards and other thick media through the main feed.

Good speed/throughput with nice resolution choices. Double sided skips blank sheet backs. Receipts feed well without always adjusting guides, and if somewhat askew, straightens the image. Size fits among other desktop devices, makes it reasonably portable to an alternate site if needed. Connects smoothly to network for use. Initial software setup worked, but a bit ‘in the dark’ regarding milestones in the load. Best Buy staff reasonably knowledgeable regarding this less than common item. Price was better than competing local stores.

Easy way to solve too many receipts and paper flow. Install was quick and easy using wireless install method. Up and running very quickly and started scanning and worked well. Should probably be a 4.5 rating.

Once you get past the most annoying installation ever, this product is great. I have to scan so many documents for my work and allocate receipts and I was tired of having to scan them on a fax machine and save them to a USB and then have to use an additional plug-in because my Macbook Air doesn't have a USB plug-in. Though this is a bit pricey it's so nice to have and it makes it so easy to do my job. Again the installation was awful! You have to download software, then download a completely different app, and then another different software if it's not compatible with the most updated Apple, it took me about an hour to get this thing up and running.

I got this so that we could scan from several wireless devices (laptops, tablets, and phones). To date I have only got it set up for two laptops, but it works seamlessly with them. Set-up was easy and the only issue I had was that the set-up was a little vague on how to do the second device. Once I figured that out, it was only a couple of minutes to get it set up. The Document feeder works well, scan speed is quite fast, and the quality is good. This works at least as well as other professional grade scanners I have worked with over the years.

My tax business requires me to scan many documents, and previous my scanner died. This scanner is fast, but the process is odd. It will not go directly to saving a document if that is what I want to do all the time. It will start with a previous document name, and let me edit it.

If tour looking for a fast scanner that scans multiple different documents and receipts at the same time with excellent quality then this is the one for you. I have user it for over 6 months now and it the best stand alone scanner I have ever had.

I recently started using this Epson Scanner. So far I can say I love it. It's so easy to use and scans pretty fast. You can choose it to scan one-sided or two-sided. I don't plan to connect it to the internet. I made files on my laptop and just send what I scan to the particular files. Easy & fast. I would definitely recommend this product.

Game changer. This device is fast and intuitive. I can scan expenses directly into QuickBooks or send them to Google or other cloud based apps. Just load a stack of documents (different sizes is okay) into the machine and in seconds everything (back and front) is scanned. I do happen to get a glitch every now and then that the scanner screen has dirt on it and needs to be cleaned but no issues otherwise.

Great scanner. It was delivered yesterday and I had a stack of documents to scan. After downloading the required software and updating firmware, I started scanning. It was unbelievably fast. What took hours to scan now was reduced to less than an hour. I am completely impressed with this scanner which scans both sides of the paper. This fits well on the desktop also.

I was using a multipurpose printer/scanner at my office and the sheets began sticking together with scans. I bought this thinking it would scan better because that is it's sole purpose and it does a great job. Fast scanning and good PDF images.

Easy and fast. I can scan all the documents, create a file and then email if necessary in no time. It is an awesome little scanner. I have purchased two one for my home and one for my office to make my life easier.
