I tried this scanner and am pretty impressed considering I use a much more expensive sheet feeder brand for everyday heavy document use. However, as an attorney, this is great for on the go for collecting business cards, receipts, even uploading full sized documents. I like that it can attach to my laptop via a USB or interact wireless with the laptop and my iPhone. Installing the software was a bit tricky because I think I selected the wrong model, but once the battery was fully charged and the software installed, everything worked without a hitch. Bought this as an upgrade for the Neat scanner that I’d had for years that stopped working. In some ways it’s better, it can scan faster, higher quality, colors, is wireless, the software is better (I didn’t use the Neat suite - just as a scanner to computer) Because its wireless it shuts off intermittently and you have to keep switching it back on if you’re not using it constantly. It also sometimes just disconnects from Bluetooth periodically between different file scans so you have to go back and relocate it in the connection window. As it is more advanced, finding the balance of quality/file size/speed takes some time but is worth it if you sometimes need high quality color scans or just quick receipt scanning capability.

This is a great lightweight easy to use portable scanner with Wi-Fi from Un boxing to total set up the process maybe took me 10 minutes very simple to install and set up I was using it immediately it does both small and large documents it’s very easy to use scanning only requires the press of one button it’s going to make Bill keeping it so much easier I like that I can take it with me moving around it doesn’t have to stay in one spot it also works really quickly making it fast and efficient its pretty quiet and I like that it isn’t complicated to set up or to use This is a review for the Epson RR-70W Wireless Mobile Receipt Scanner that I received free of charge to do a beta test and review

The scanner is small and super light, it is easy to configure and easy to move from one place to another, it does not require large spaces. The whole family found it very easy to use and its scanning on invoices, documents and receipts is of very good quality. It is also wireless. Super good and excellent both for its size and its excellent functionality. Great purchase. My company requires copies of all expense related receipts. We can take images but I had to tape everything down flat so decided to scan instead. This unit was easy to setup. It's small, light and faster than my desktop scanner. Handles all sizes of paper and feeds very easily.

Since I have been using the Epson RR-70W I have stopped using my older large footprint scanner because it is so easy to leave this on my desk for quick scanning or on the kichen counter for receipt scanning. Super Fast!!! Love how it wirelessly sends all scans to my office computer for saving. This Epson RR-70W is super fast and set up was pretty straight forward but I the instructions could be worded better. Overall not hard to get going straight out of the box. This scanner will only connect to 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi, so your laptop/computer/mobile must also be on the 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi as well to ensure proper communication. Surprisingly it has 600dpi max optic resolution which is amazing for such a small machine and I scanned around 10-14 pages per minute. This scanner allows you to scan receipts, bills, important documents, recipes, etc. and once uploaded, you can export to Dropbox, Quickbooks, Tax Software, and more which makes filing taxes or simply keeping records much easier and more organized. Setting it up was super easy, just follow the instructions that come with it. Very clean design. Portable and easy to use. It lets you scan paper documents, receipts, etc. I was even able to scan my driver's license. How cool is that? Great tool for when working from home, its portability is a great feature as it lets you take it with you anywhere you go. Overall, I think this product is great and useful. Very user friendly and does the job quickly. I would highly recommend this product to anyone, especially to those working from home. Great little (and I mean LITTLE) scanner. Easy to set up . . . compact (fits in my desk drawer, ready for use whenever I need it), wireless, Scans 8 1/2x11 documents with ease. Excellent product.

This scanner is easy to use and very lightweight. I travel with it so I can scan receipts on the go. The best practice is to do some planning ahead of time for a standard naming convention, where you want to save the files (if using with your computer), etc... This allows for some repetiviness when you scan since the scanner holds repeated "identifiers" in its memory...making it easy to select standard names, etc... (without having to type them for each item scanned).

Tax time is always a beast, but the Epson RapidReceipt 70-W model is a godsend. Setup was super easy. I plugged it in, connected to the network, typed in the site for drivers and updates, and was off to the races in about five minutes. Connection was quick and painless, and the wireless connectivity suits my needs perfectly. I was able to scan receipts from my office in front to the computer in back and not walk back and forth lugging storage boxes or trying to locate the right files. Scanning itself was super easy, and there was no fiddling or extra care required to feed the receipts. I scanned receipts of all shapes and sizes, from store register receipts to perforated side-tear receipts to full 8 x 11 sheets. I was worried because I had a couple receipts that weren’t in the best shape, and figured I’d have to skip those, but I tried one and it went through just as quickly as all the others. Instead of driving over to hand my tax professional an accordion folder (or two) full of paper clipped receipts, I just shot her a link to all my husband’s and my receipts, neatly organized by household, vehicle, education, retirement and such. I was also able to scan the signature documents from my phone to print, sign, and send back. I loved that I didn’t have to go into the office and was able to do everything electronically. I love how easy it was to get started with this scanner. I tend to save receipts and was running out of room for them, so when I seen this, I was excited to try it! I will never go back to hoarding receipts in ziplock bags. The scanner takes up very little room. I ended up putting my scanner right where i kept my bundled receipts. I was skeptical because it is pricey, but it is absolutely worth it.

I love my Epson RapidReceipt with which i can keep all my documents that are important to me.also because of its size it is easy to use and move it wherever i want. Yes i recommended it.
