I love the glasses when they work they look awsome but I have had 2 glasses returned because they did not charge at all than had to deal with the waiting game when I needed them when I got the projector I just fear that that can go wrong again

Great glasses but at a price

I recently bought an Epson 2030 projector (awesome for the price) which doesn't come with any 3D glasses. So I borrowed some Samsung 5150 glasses, which are known to be excellent for the price. But those have their flaws and don't sit well on my face.
So I picked these up as they are recommended with Epson projectors. First, these are expensive. There is no way around that. I've seen them from $75 to $100, so try and get them cheap. BUT, they are also very good. I did a A:B comparison with the Samsung and the Epson glasses had a greater 3D depth. Like any 3D home experience, the darker the viewing room, the better. They are also built very sturdy and I imagine they will last me quite awhile. The charge plug is the standard micro USB, so they are easy to charge.
I do recommend these but if you have kids, go with the 5150s. You probably wouldn't want your kids wearing $100 sunglasses, so you won't want them wearing these long term.

I have been very impressed that these fit nicely over my prescription glasses. The nose piece is moldable and can flex to each persons face. Very comfortable to own.

Not What I Expected

I have years of experience with both Active and Passive 3D Systems and own 125 3D Blu-rays.
The Epson 3D Glasses are expensive RF Active Glasses. I expected stellar performance. The glasses fell short in most areas important to me. The Epson Glasses are darker and did not provide the 3D dimension depth as good as glasses that were half the price. My wife also felt the glasses were not as comfortable to wear.
For $100. I expected better 3D performance. The areas I found the Epson 3D Glasses to excel are in immediate pairing with my RF Epson Projector, the build quality appears to be more sturdy than other glasses and I did not notice any "Ghosting" or Crosstalk. I'm really not sure why others rated these glasses so high. My experience was not as satisfactory.
