Purchased this as a replacement for a clients XP 400. Nice inexpensive printer with a lot of versatility. Not a big fan of the interface. I work with Seniors and it's complicated for them to use. HP s are better IMO.

It is a full featured printer, but has a few problems. The print quality has had to be adjusted twice. I still get some faint lines. On thee other hand, it was economical and is fine for non photographic uses.

This printer does my printing needs. I’m using it for scanning, copying and printing. It is very convenient since it operates via WiFi and can use it anywhere in the house. It is more user friendly than the HP I had before.

I originally purchased this item in 2017 and I loved it until it stopped working. Luckily my warranty was not up and I gave my printer to Best buy and they gave me a credit. Well I must have amazing luck because the same exact thing that was wrong with the original printer is wrong with this one.
My first print was just small random lines instead of the document I wanted to print. It was a hassle to find a replacement printer in he first place. Then it took forever for it to get to me. Then when I get it, it doesn't even work!

I actually like this printer a lot. I already have one, and wanted a second one. Nobody's fault. Just one of those things. It would print correctly. I had to return it. Kudos to Best Buy. They are extremely easy to do business with. I would recommend this printer to a friend...saying no to refurbished.

If only it wouldnt have conked out. I absolutely loved everything about this printer and then one day it just stopped printing and it’s a discontinued model. Heartbroken to say the least lol

This printer is awful. I've owned this piece of trash for under a year and it's maybe printed out a handful of readable pages. Epson Customer service is THE WORST. You'll spend hours with tech support "troubleshooting" the same thing over and over again. They'll redirect your call 5 times and you have to start all over after every transfer. You have to purchase epson only ink which is more expensive than the printer itself and they do not tell you that when you purchase. And even after you purchase the expensive epson ink, it still wont print a readable page! Customer service will just keep sending you out to buy more epson products and waste your time trouble shooting. They where rude, unhelpful and incredibly unprofessional. My family and I will never purchase another epson product for the rest of our lives. I suggest you save yourself some headache and do the same!

This one is refurbished, so I'm not sure what kind of condition it's in...but I had one and it literally never printed well. There were always streaks, and no matter how many times I cleaned the nozzle or did whatever recommended cleaning, it never printed anything clearly. It also went through ink like crazy. I spent way more on ink than I did for the printer. Don't waste your time or money on this.

Never prints. If one color is LOW, good luck with trying to print anything. Will never print on greyscale setting. Color ink is only good for 10-12 papers and then the yellow ink is completely gone and you cant print anymore.
