    Customer service I have been very busy due to all the holiday events going on and when I ran out of ink i of course ran to your store to get the cartridge to keep me going I was unhappy with the increase cost but realize that all stores are raising cost and glad you at least had my requirement in stock. many thanks, Lee

    The Ink cartridge is great, however the customer service at the Dover DE. location with all the salesperson I have interacted with in the pass 16 months have been outstanding. Computer service (Geek Squad) TV sales, computer sales, customer service desk and to include the greeter.

    Never had a problem with original Epson ink replacement. Ink is a little pricey though, as in all manufacturers ink.

    Cartridge is easy to install. This cartridge size (there is also an XL version) lasts me about two months with heavy printing on B&W setting only. No smears or fading. Overall great product.

    Ran out of my ink that I needed to finish up my project, good thing I checked the Best Buy app and found that this was in Stock. The last thing I needed to do was run around town to find a new black ink cartridge and waste time. Arrived at Best Buy, found it easily, and purchased, arrived home, easy install and replacement and got my project done on time. It all went smoothly.
