It's a okay product. It does the job but for small business or to have at home. For the price it's okay but if you have no problem spend more money than do it and get a better one!

I was told I needed this item by my IT guy. He was right. The IT closet looks so much better now. I also needed a battery back up as my other one stopped holding a charge.

Good portable scanner, but I would not recommend it unless one needs a mobile office or has limited space. Used it only once since I bought it a month ago; would be better off if I used a smartphone or a camera to take a photo instead. I do not use the 'cloud' storage and do not install any software other than the basic driver. My advice: think twice before you buy.

This person scanner is a good size to not take too much space on your desk and it’s very convenient. Works great!

I did not want another "All in One" printer fax scanner, all I wanted was a stand alone scanner at a decent price and I found this...exactly what I wanted. Excellent piece of equipment without being too much!

scans doc's well, but would be better if it scanned to a PDF or some other usable document!

This scanner works great but beware the claim that it "scans directly to email". Set up was easy except that I couldn't get it to scan to email. After messing with it for quite some time, I finally contacted support. I was told that the scan to email feature only works with Outlook. THIS SHOULD BE DISCLOSED IN THE SPECS! The way the specs are listed it sounds as if it can scan to ANY email, which apparently is NOT the case. I was so frustrated and disgusted that I nearly returned it, but every other feature is easy to use, so I decided to keep it. One other thing that I would suggest to the manufacturer, is to have a little flip out arm that can steady the page (to help keep it straight) as its feeding.

It's a good scanner, but does not work on all windows7 OS. Works great on Windows 10

Does the job once you get the hang of it. It is a bar scanner and you do you have to learn how to feed the paper in the beginning so the scan comes out straight but once you get the hang of that it works perfect. I've scanned several legal documents and they've all come out looking like the originals.
